Excellent home away from home

Great place

I was very impressed with this place, very clean, everything you need is there, the location on the canal is great for fishing the pool was very well taken care of, and the beach is just a couple miles down the road. My family and I will definitely stay there in the future.

Fun for the whole family!

We have two young boys and we all had an absolute blast. The house was very clean and well kept in a quiet area. We kept our boat on the dock and it was a nice short ride to stump pass and a nice ride to Boca. The management company was very responsive with any questions we had. We are already trying to figure out when we can book another weeks stay!

Family friendly vacation home

We had a wonderful stay! A very nice, quiet neighborhood to spend a family vacation! Kids loved the pool. Canal offered super easy access to Lemon Bay. Plenty of parking to bring and park your boat. Home was very welcoming and had everything to make it feel like home.

Great spot. Clean and recently updated. Good access to local beaches and restaurants without the commercial fuss. Quiet.

Our two week stay on Pine Grove Street was very comfortable - lots of linens, towels and closet space. The house looks just like the pictures. The owner was very responsive. The dishwasher broke and he replaced it same day. We paid for pool heat and we were happy with the programed set temperature of the water. The pool area needs some TLC- The four chairs were all visibly very stained. The area around the pool needs a good power wash. When we arrived there were tissues and debris by the pool. Three screens on the south end of cage aren't attached so the wind carried in lots of leaves even the pool guy asked us "how do these leaves keep getting in the pool" The pool area is large and can handle more of a outdoor living type space instead of two loungers for four people. I would encourage the owner to purchase new outdoor furniture and toss the old yucky table and chairs. That being said....we liked swimming in the warm pool, walking in the safe friendly neighborhood, and enjoying morning coffee watching the birds and boats along the canal.

Lovely quiet escape!

The property was just as described. Check-in was simple, home was very clean and amenity supplies were plentiful. Very peaceful and quiet out on the lanai overlooking the bay inlet. Had a small issue with the pool heat, but property management was amazing and very responsive and issue was resolved. Would certainly stay again!!

A Quiet Spot

A cute, clean, comfortable home in a very quiet neighborhood with the beach a short drive away. It would have been helpful to know in advance that the only coffee maker there was a Keurig with no complimentary K-Cups provided for the first morning. Otherwise it was well equipped and well stocked.

So nice! Will be back

We absolutely adored this place! We usually come down and stay on boca grande but due to the hurricane it wasn’t available at the time. This house was adorable! So clean and well stocked. We loved being able to have our boat right there at the house. A little small for our family (we have a large family) but since only a couple of our kids came it was perfect. You can definitely tel the owners care about this house and it isn’t just a l other rental to them. We will be back!

Lemon Bay

The home was excellent and the location perfect for us. I loved the home decor, it was very relaxing. The home was the cleanest we’ve ever stayed in. We’re already talking about when we could return. Thank you so much for letting us stay in your lovely home. The only thing that was not perfect was the response from the property management company. I called when we arrived (Saturday)about the pool pump not being on and no welcome booklet/instructions. The person I contact said he would call the person for our location and have him call me. He mentioned the pool was probably on a timer. No one ever called me back. The next morning around 9:45 the pump came on. I called back on Monday about the expected welcome information and to see if the timer could be changed to come on later and stay on later than 6:00. I was told they would see about getting the welcome packet to us and they would contract the property owners about the timer. I never heard back about the packet or the pool pump timer. He did call me back and let me know that the trash pickup was Tuesday. That was the only information we were ever provided that wasn’t in my reservation information. I wanted to note that there was no hotel size soap/shampoo/conditioner. That was not a problem for us, but it may be for someone else.
