“My wife & I had an incredible vacation at Chadwick! We loved sitting on our balcony overlooking the marina & the beach was right across the street and in addition, there were 3 waterfront restaurants within walking distance - it can't get any better than that!”

“Lovely, clean place to stay! The unit was completely redone recently. Kayaks were great to use on Lemon Bay. Beach 2 block walk away but Unit comes with beach cart, beach chairs & umbrella. Quiet neighborhood. Great kitchen and even a grill in the backyard. Check in was super easy and the 2 owners were quick to respond to my questions. Would stay here again ”

“10 out of 10 would recommend over and over again the property was clean it was in a great neighborhood it was close to the beach for my family and i. The host was amazing the check-in process was very simple and was sent to my email. I had no problems whatsoever this condo came with everything and then some it's a home away from home if I had more money I would have stayed longer in all honesty. The post was so kind and accommodating I will never forget this trip. I cannot thank the host enough”

“Chose this unit due to the access to the beach, but after booking we find out there is no access. A ten digit entry code is excessive. The "rules" by Vacasa didn't lend a carefree beach visit. Seemed like furniture and kitchen supplies were 2nd hand and cheap. Only one toilet paper roll for a stay was pretty frugal. We had to buy some. The couch/recliner was not comfortable at all.Unfortunately, other units were being remodeled so the construction noise was not relaxing. We understand that it...
