    Un poco sobre nuestra casa familiar, tenemos una casa espaciosa y encantadora de 3 habitaciones, 1 baño con una gran sala y una sala de billar. Hay una casa de huéspedes (si necesita espacio adicional que está disponible para alquilar por separado en este sitio, es un 1/1 # 7001915) que era la casa original de la propiedad que se encuentra adyacente a la Casa de Playa. ¡Es nuestro hogar familiar y estamos muy orgullosos de ambos! La casa y la casa de campo se sientan independientes en un gran lote doble y se encuentran en una excelente ubicación, a 150 pies de la playa. Es muy privado y único debido a la ubicación y todo el paisaje. Compramos la casa hace varios años de un artista local que la tuvo durante 32 años y la rehicimos manteniendo el encanto de Old Florida Beach House. Es algo difícil de encontrar en la llave, debido a su ubicación tranquila en un vecindario residencial, así como sus 2 lotes que dan un montón de espacio abierto con jardines botánicos hacer que se sienta como si estás en es el propietario compuesto playa privada. Se encuentra a media milla del parque estatal y 3/4 de milla de los restaurantes, bares con entretenimiento en vivo y tiendas.
    La MEJOR PARTE es que te encontrarás a un "tiro de piedra" (150 pies) de una amplia playa privada en el Golfo de México.
    Dado que esta es nuestra familia de vacaciones casa se dará cuenta que es como estar en casa de un amigo, no un hotel. La casa también ha sido completamente renovado está amueblado como una casa no como un alquiler. Ha sido renovado y decorado más allá de cualquier otra casa disponible para alquilar !! Usted encontrará todo lo necesario con la excepción de una toalla de playa y su ropa. (TODAS LAS HABITACIONES TIENEN TELEVISIÓN POR CABLE E INTERNET INALÁMBRICA) Además, esta es la ÚNICA casa de alquiler que conocemos con una SALA DE BILLAR, con una hermosa mesa de billar de Brunswick.

Scott was wonderful to work with! The home was clean and quaint ! Just a few steps and you are on the beach! We enjoyed finding tons of shells and sharks teeth! You won’t regret your stay!

The place is beautifully decorated, super clean, comfortable and steps to the beach! The lovely woman who cleans was incredibly helpful and so kind. The owner was very responsive and helpful with questions and assistance. We had a wonderful time and would rent the bungalow again. I highly recommend this home!!!

Perfect location! The house was beautiful! Just like the pictures! Clean, organized and cozy! The perfect getaway for a beach family vacation. The host was wonderful! He was very kind and attentive. Answered all my questions and went above and beyond to ensure we had the best time. Can’t wait to visit again!

We stayed at for a week during Spring break this year. The property was super clean, well kept, well stocked and overall great place. The proximity to the beach was perfect. The host was super responsive when I had a question. We would definitely stay again. Thanks for an amazing week!

Loved our stay here! Location was perfect and literally a few steps to the sand! Check-in was seamless and the place was immaculate. Everything in this house is brand new and in excellent condition. We went with our 2 teenage boys who very much enjoyed the pool table and being able to just walk by themselves to the beach. We placed an Instacart order ahead of time from Publix and had everything we needed within a hour of arriving. Kitchen is fully stocked and there is a brand new gas grill which made dinners super easy for us. I highly recommend this place for small families wanting to just take some time away and relax. Perfect spot.

Everything about this property was AMAZING! The host was super friendly and so helpful. Checking in was easy. The place was spotless and decorated so nice. It was great having beach towels and chairs available to use. The outside of the property was beautifully landscaped like a tropical paradise. It also has a nice BBQ grill and patio furniture to enjoy as well as the lanai. The memorial benches were wonderful to enjoy the sunsets. I would definitely stay here again. If you’re looking for a place steps from the beach, this is it!!

My family and I despite the weather had an incredible time. Scott the owner was extremely great with us and very helpful with what ever questions we had. The house is incredible. Very clean and all new appliances throughout the house. A/c was great. Very cold which we appreciate. Allowed are 2 dogs to stay as well which they are part of the family. We would love to return next year. Hopefully better weather. lol. Thanks again Scott for your hospitality. Wish there were more stars for the review cause in our book it was a 10.

We had such a great family vacation here! The property was immaculate, very clean and updated. The grounds were pristine and we enjoyed the peaceful, outdoor area. The location was unbeatable and steps to the beautiful, blue ocean and there was hardly anyone on the beach area. The house had absolutely everything we needed. We appreciated the nice beach gear and the stainless cookware. The beds were comfortable and the house was decorated beautifully. The owner was very helpful and made sure we were well taken care of. Would 100% recommend staying here. Great surrounding restaurants as well, with tons to do around the area.

Amazing Time and great location!

Scott and Bryanna are absolutely amazing people and very understanding to our needs. Just what our family needed to get away together. Really enjoyed our time at this place. Thank you and we will definitely come back for a visit!

Best little getaway

This was an amazing quick weekend getaway and the property was very charming and clean! Comfy beds and sheets and cozy couch and fun pool table! Excellent location and just a short walk to a beautiful private beach! Lots of great places to eat within a couple miles of the property. Will definitely be staying here again! Definitely a Home away from home!

MUST STAY!!

We fell in love with the location and home! Everything was perfect for our stay steps away from the beach. Screened in porch with the fan was amazing to relax after a day at the beach. We hope to make this a regular visit!

Great amenities and location. Scott was very helpful with recommendations for the area. This little slice of heaven is just what we needed before life got busy with back to school. Hope to visit again!

This is by far the nicest, most beautiful rental I’ve stayed in anywhere in Florida. The host was amazing—accommodating, and quick to respond to any questions we had. The location of this property is absolutely perfect—steps to the beach, 10 minute walk to restaurants. The property itself is beautiful, comfortable, updated with top of the line everything, high-end appliances, three cozy bedrooms, two beautiful bathrooms, it’s nicer than my own home. Well stocked with whatever you might need, beach chairs, umbrellas, kayaks, beach towels, etc. I’m a fairly particular person when it comes to travel accommodations. I like nice things, has to be clean. There’s not one single thing I could think of that could have been better. Will absolutely stay here again, already planning our next trip and haven’t even left yet!

Very nice home like, great for family/friends gatherings. Suggest clarification on ad as to number of bathrooms, this place has only 1 bathroom & a outdoor shower. Great location. Will come back!

Manasota Condo

We enjoyed two weeks at this two-bedroom condo just one block from the beautiful beach of the southern part of Manasota Key. The second story porch gave us a view of the beach and a lively sea breeze. The condo was super clean and had everything we needed including a dishwasher and multiple TV screens. All very comfortable!Restaurants are nearby as is Chadwick Park Beach.
