Beautiful place and location. Within steps to beach. Great accommodation for those traveling with furry family members. Clean, great communication with owner. Minor challenge was the hard mattress for queen size bed.

Wonderful property and perfect for our family of 4. Two houses from the beach, really enjoyed the outdoor furniture under cover. Great high capacity laundry and nice kitchen. Loved that the second bedroom had twin beds for our kids. Wonderful communication from host who answered questions so quickly. Would absolutely stay again!

Our stay at this beach house was amazing and was absolutely perfect for my husband and me! The renovation was tasteful and VERY comfortable, the kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed to easily prepare meals when we ate in. Our host was also very friendly and helpful which made everything about our stay very enjoyable. I would love to come back again sometime soon!

Second time staying here and will return again and again. Nicely decorated and well stocked for your stay. It’s a very short walk to the beach. Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Host is always friendly and accommodating!!

This house is absolutely perfect! And the location, amazing. You can view the ocean from The kitchen/living room windows. And it is a very very short walk to access the beach. Literally about 10 to 15 steps from the driveway. The owner Lynda was amazing. When we thought there may be an issue with the AC she immediately responded and scheduled a technician to come out. It ended up being a user error though lol and we had just messed up the setting. The AC worked great, which we were exceptionally thankful for in the August heat. She also took the time to recommend some great local places to eat and visit. Speaking of there are several wonderful restaurants within minutes from the house! My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our time here and had a much-needed wonderful vacation. We would love to come back! One more thing we had a manatee literally come and swim right past us while swimming in the ocean! And it was so nice to be able to enjoy the beach without crowds of people around.

I would 1000% stay in this amazing cottage again. Our family of four had the absolute best time in this adorable home. The location is beyond perfect, as it is steps from the most beautiful and quiet beach. The home itself is perfect, as the owner thought of everything from beach towels to shade umbrellas for the beach. Totally worth our 23 hour drive. We already can’t wait to go back.

Amazing, quiet, clean, and, comfortable place ! We booked this little beach house because our usual rental unfortunately was destroyed in the hurricane. It was newly remodeled, very clean, and, very close to the beach on a sand swept quiet road. Parking is very convenient for unloading and loading and there was an area to rinse off sand after a beach day. It has all the necessary items needed, and the kitchen was surprisingly laid out well which made it convenient for preparing meals. All appliances are new and worked very well. The living room furniture was very comfortable and made it easy to enjoy a lazy afternoon after being on the beach. Air conditioning was comfortable throughout the house. The onsite laundry in the shed was a plus and very convenient to keep laundry from piling up.You won't find a nicer place to stay this close to the beach. I recommend this property to anyone and we will stay here again. The owner was very responsive to the one small issue I and resolved it very quickly. Thank you !

Perfect little house mere steps away from the beach

This is the perfect size house for a girl's trip or a small family trip. We had a blast! The renovations are fantastic and the beach is my favorite place on earth. We will be back.
