“Beautiful serene property right off the ocean and a river. The ocean is not a beach for swimming but the resort has a pool. Peaceful lush environment. An amazing staff all around. Sernita was very friendly and always went out of her way to satisfy our needs. Ellen was very knowledgeable about the island’s plants and allowed us to harvest to make our own unique teas. “Overall we loved it, though it would have been good to know that you can't drive to the hotel if you don't have a proper 4WD as it is located at the end of a long and steep tarished road. Luckily the hotel offers an transport service for the dirty road between 8am and 5pm. They also offer food(preorder only) and drinks at the bar. The staff was very nice and always helpful. “This villa is more spectacular in person than even the photos can convey and the hosts make it even better. Homemade breakfast/ dinner every day were absolutely delicious. The beach is a few steps downhill and we found plenty of attractions to marvel a short drive away. It was hard to leave such a place. We would stay here every visit to this stunning country. ”
