“The perfect size and location for a few days away for some Fun n the Sun before school starts back. Convenient to The Worlds Best Ever hotdogs (TRUE). The pool was perfect big and clean. Music from the Garden City Pier kept all of Us Entertained and in an upbeat atmosphere. The Condo was just Absolutely Amazing. Very clean and perfectly stocked with Your essentials. “Condo was right on the beach with chairs, umbrellas and toys provided. Great location within 20 minutes to all attractions in the area. Within walking distance of two fishing piers. Condo was perfect for our party of five and had all the comforts of home you would need.”

“I stayed a weekend in Garden City with my partner and our dog and this Vrbo was in the perfect location, right near the beach, the pier, lots of restaurants and bars right around the corner. My only gripe was the noise level from the neighboring bars, which we were aware of before our stay and were prepared for, so not a huge deal. Will definitely try to book this spot when we come back next year. ”

“Area was sketchy. People sleeping outside in front of doors, steps was so steep going into our loft it was extremely dangerous (pic is deceiving). Two vents in the place was dripping. The one in the bathroom dripped on you while sitting on the toilet. We hit our heads multiple times and the people under us was smoking which we smelt every time we walked through the shared door. I chose this mainly because it was in Garden City and pet friendly but there was hardly no grass for pets to potty in,...
