What a wonderful find - the Cottage in the Woods is the perfect getaway spot that seems far but really isn't. Decent food options nearby, reasonably close to the airport and city, yet peaceful and tranquil. Highly recommended and hope to return someday.Wish list - would be nice to have a full tub instead of just a shower, and being pet-friendly for small dogs would be a plus. Really well put together and some of the best specific location-finding and check-in instructions ever seen - fantastic hosts!

This cottage was everything we hoped for and more! It was absolutely picturesque, charming, and incredibly quaint—the kind of place that instantly makes you feel relaxed. Every detail was thoughtfully done, making it both cozy and beautiful. The property was peaceful, immaculate, and the perfect getaway. We loved waking up to the gorgeous surroundings and spending time enjoying the cottage itself. If you’re looking for a quiet, storybook escape, this is it. We can’t recommend it highly enough and would absolutely stay here again!

Darling cottage in the woods with everything we needed. We were in town for some celebrations, so the iron and steamer were appreciated along with the full size washer and dryer. Hosts were responsive and warm. The bed was very comfortable and the window air conditioner kept us nice and cool during the night. My husband had to leave a day early, and I felt quite safe on the gated property. Thank you for a great stay!
