“We enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent. The layout of the house well suited our group of 3 families with young children Lovely large backyard. Having 2 kitchens was a plus! I would say housekeeping could be a bit improved. “Owners were great from the start with good communication and responsive. Location was ideal for access to all that Door County offers. Its central location in the quaint town of Ephraim makes most of Door County’s destinations within easy striking distance. The loft is nicely and uniquely furnished, comfortably useable , with a nice view overlooking the lake. I would not hesitate to recommend or stay again.”

“Our family has stayed at Collings Log House multiple times. And we keep returning. Its location is perfect, surroundings serene, the cabin just the right size for us. With multiple visits, we feel like “we’re home” when we arrive. Communication is quick between the management and ourselves when needed. “This is a unique property for large group gatherings. The house and individual hotel-style rooms provided a good mix of gathering space with private downtime. The adventure shed and outdoor space provide lots of variety. Quick walk or bike ride to Anderson Dock and Wilson's Ice cream. Access to Land Trust trails provide nice light hike. “Clean and comfortable. The only complaint I have is the amount of motor noise in the bedroom from something running in the crawlspace. I am a light sleeper and didnt get much sleep that weekend due to this noise. ”
