“Pros: Great location and value for money. Nicely decorated in shabby chic style. 3 beds ranging from soft to firm. Clean, comfy bedding with a variety of pillows. Plenty of towels & wash cloths in bathroom. Good A/C and kitchen amenities. Multiple porch swings. Cons: Thick layer of dust on ceiling fan blades and 1 portable fan. Cobwebs hanging from kitchen blinds. There is a very strong mildew smell that takes a bit to get used to but a large air purifier runs nonstop to take the edge off....

“The house wasn't really ready for guest. The fridge was dirty and had opened food ( like cream cheese ) plus multiple containers with food on it.The fan on master was really dirty. The beds were no made right. We slept on top of the covers. Each bedroom had 1 or 2 windows, that didn't have any kind of privacy , no curtains , no blinds. My 14 years old was scared to sleep at night and people can see her from the side of the house. Wasn't any papers with WIFI info even though the house advertise...
