“Our family enjoyed a long weekend here and had a wonderful time. The house was super clean and very well equipped. The host is so easy to work with and stayed in good contact with us. I would definitely recommend this house.”

“Charged fees for changing dates weeks in advance, wanted to charge for people coming to the property to visit. Little privacy, owners constantly around the property, was not the place we were looking for.”

“This property is perfect for a couple or small family! Extremely clean and awesome location! The owner is so nice and friendly! This is the first time we ever stayed in a property with the owners home on site. It is perfect! Large dock to sun bathe on and swim right out in front! Highly recommend.”

“Great place! Great host! Very communicative host who saw to everything. Lovely property with a great kitchen and back deck area! Close to everything we wanted to do on Lake Martin. Our second year at this place, and looking forward to next year!”

“The only negative thing on this listing is that every bedroom doesn't have a TV. Other than that, Perfect.!”

“Owner was very responsive and nice. House looks like it was in the middle of being renovations that ended up abandoned. There is scrap wood, paint cans, and debris in every closet and around the exterior of the house. There is one remote that operates all three televisions in the house, so you cannot watch TV individually. Shower is also very stained and looks filthy. The location is very nice, beautiful views from the front of the house, and well located for local stores and eateries.”

“Relaxing and gorgeous! This area is on the quiet side of the lake and only a short ride to the big jumping rock and swimming areas. It’s pretty deep in front of the pier but we had floats and have older children so they loved jumping off the dock. The house was so clean, the perfect size and has everything you need. For the majority of our stay, I think we were outside on the deck relaxing, fishing, grilling and enjoying the view.”

“Perfect for our two night stay for a fishing tournament on Lake Martin. Very close to Wind Creek State Park. Comfortable beds and plenty of room for 3 guests. Quiet residential area.”

“We had a lovely time at this Lake home. It was accurately described in listing and was warm, welcoming, well stocked with essentials and even had extras like easy TV viewing, K cups and black makeup towels. The interior and exterior spaces were just what we were hoping for! We hope to return to this spot. Highly recommend!”

“We had a wonderful stay at the Perch. It was the perfect way to break up our drive home after an Auburn football game. Everything was clean and cozy. The coffee they provided was such an added touch after a late night. We would definitely recommend!”

“We were doing some work on a property around the corner and this was a perfect place to rest with a beautiful view. Thanks so much.”

“I have never left a negative review. NEVER. I do not understand how this property has rated so high. I would give it a zero if was possible. The check in process was difficult and we had to wait in the parking lot and call someone to get the entry code after waiting 45 minutes past the check in time since we never received the entry code by email. The unit needs a good deep cleaning. There were spider webs and dust behind the furniture. I have never stayed in a unit this dirty. We could...

“Quick response when we had issue finding the place because I put in wrong address probably because I didn’t have my readers on. All four of us enjoyed the stay and beds were comfy. Quiet and secluded. Beautiful home and property, easy checkout.Hope to return.”

“Perfect. Nice clean place with everything you will need for cooking and entertainment. We didn’t even have enough time to do it all. We have been glamping in different place and this took it to a whole new level. So much privacy and so much space to explore. Will be back 10 out of 10.”
