“Everyone was so helpful and the service was great. Loved the property- wish I stayed longer”

“Seriously, I'm not sure how and why there are all the 4- and 5-star reviews unless the place has gone downhill fast. Upon arrival, we were not greeted and had to walk up to get the conversation and check-in going. Curtly told us our room was not ready. 20 minutes later, it was ready. The room was not clean at all or well maintained as the pictures will show. The TV did not have any connection all I could get for and answer was something about ince Thailand, everything was old and the bathroom...

“I found this place which had glowing reviews on Expedia so I took a chance of booking it even though I normally book the big chain Hotels. Boy oh boy! What a surprise! Huge villa with 3 massive bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a living room/kitchen and best of all, a private swimming pool. Amazing place and very reasonable too. Angkor Wat is just 8Km from this place. The staff was very attentive and even made us breakfast boxes to take with us for early sunrise view of the temple. The hotel sent us a limo...

Gracias ”

“Nice older hotel with wonderful staff.”

“Everything about this place is 10 out of 10!”

“This hotel was absolutely lovely, so clean, staff super friendly and very helpful. I had nice stay for 7 nights I will be back in the same place if I’m coming to visit siem reap again. Very close to many restaurants ”

“Saubere, moderne und grosse Zimmer, freundliches Personal, zentrale Lage, einige gute Restaurants und Cafés in kurzer Gehdistanz.”

“We loved the property. It was well run with excellent service. Breakfast was awesome. Close to good restaurants and other attractions. Tuk tuk available right outside. Would definitely live here again.”

“We traveled in the off-season so the hotel upgraded us to a larger room! The friendly staff were more than happy to arrange tours and transport (though we had done that independently). The laundry service took longer than expected, but it was easy to schedule massages at the spa (good massages, plus complimentary tea and spring rolls afterward), and breakfast service was prompt. I wish we could have taken advantage of the outdoor pool because it looked lovely! Unfortunately, the sporadic rain...

“The hotel is in a nice location and the room itself is lovely, we had the two bedroom private pool. It was very quiet while we were here and sometimes we were the only guests, I do think that perhaps of having staff sat around on tables or playing in the main pool, they could walk round and do things like clean the mould of the sunbed loungers. It was uncomfortable at breakfast, you would end up saying thankyou about 10 times as they would keep coming over, I get the feeling they wanted tips....
