“This house fit our needs perfectly with a fully outfitted kitchen, BBQ grill, and fully fenced in yard for our dog. The neighborhood is quaint and great for walking (ie sidewalks) plus there’s a nice little path around a reservoir that’s close by.”

“The home is in a good location but unfortunately not well maintained, the air conditioning went from barely working to completely broken during our stay, with temperatures in the house in the 80s all night long. The hot tub had also not been cleaned prior to our stay. 40% of our total costs for the stay were landlord and vrbo fees, The property manager even tried to add on an additional unlisted fee which I had to argue to the point vrbo customer service had to tell them no. “A large group of us stayed here for a graduation at CU. It was a beautiful location was a gorgeous mountain view, and had very large public space (including the kitchen) in the house-- great for parties. The house is about 20 mins from Boulder and 35 mins from Denver or the airport. It is was perfect for us that none of the bedrooms are designed for children (no bunk or twin beds -- all queen or king). The master suite is fabulous.”

It was snowing but it wasn’t anything crazy, this is Colorado after all. When we received the notification of cancellation, it said it was due to “environmental impact”.
