Had a great stay!! The house is freshly updated and basically new. Everything was clean and functional. Great location, convenient to Bayfront, mall, restaurants, town, and colleges.

This was a last minute stay. Sarah was very accommodating. The place was immaculate and so cozy. I wanted to get away for the holiday and my birthday to get some peace and everything was made possible here . My dogs enjoyed the stay as well. Sarah was very responsive with my questions and very helpful. Erie is beautiful. All year round and I will definitely be returning to this spot or one of her others. I really enjoyed the peace and quiet, it’s been a rough year. Very thankful for this experience!

The house has all the extras. And very clean. What stuck out the most, my husband passed way while up there. And while my husband was in the hospital the host did everything she could for me and my 2 dogs, I’ll never forget that!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful house. It was clean, comfortable and nicely updated. There were many fine amenities including a well stocked kitchen. The location was perfect for our visit to Erie. It's close to the bayfront, many restaurants, several nice museums and Presque Isle. Sarah was a great host, very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions. Everything about Sarah's place was outstanding and we highly recommend it to other travelers.

Clean property for sure. It had toys for beach and chairs. Well stocked in that regard. One bedroom is up on a loft. There is a nice back yard, but beware, has pear tree and the bees love it in the summer! Would stay again. Location was fairly convenient, took about 30 minutes to get Downtown by walking. Much shorter drive, obviously.

Super convenient property near the lake. Clean, well stocked, inviting and comfortable. Sarah is a great host, even providing coffee and snacks. We loved the ease of communication with her. She replied quickly to any questions and even gave us some fantastic suggestions for things to do in the area. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Erie.

Yearly fishing trip

The house was immaculate with great views of the lake!! Everything is new and beautiful. There was a lot of space inside and out. We were able to easily park 2 fishing boats/trucks. Sarah is a great host and we plan on staying again.

Pup friendly perfection

The property was clean and well maintained and nicely appointed with most everything we could want. They left basics for laundry and dishes as well as k cups and snacks. There are beach supplies, though we ended up not needing them. The best part was being able to walk the promenade to beautiful sunsets every evening and being within minutes of so much to do. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area and really appreciated being able to bring our pups to enjoy Presque Isle and Wintergreen Gorge along with the promenade. Thanks for a great visit!

The house was perfect! It was close to everything we wanted to do and had everything we needed. Little things like the extra beach towels or the little extra cooler were very nice. So much to do in the area that we could have stayed another week! Clean, updated, and comfortable with everything you need and then some.

Family Time in Erie

We very much enjoyed our stay and time in Erie. We typically travel to Erie once or twice a year to visit with family and friends. The home was in a perfect location as it allowed for easy travel to both the East, West, and South of Erie, along with perfect access to the marina for a few days on the lake. We, and I’m not sure why us, received many compliments from the neighbors on how great the home looks and is well-maintained. So, the owner has done a great job with the refurbishing and remodeling of this VRBO property. Again, thank you for allowing us to stay in your home.

We really enjoyed our stay! We were in town for a family wedding at the Watson-Curtze Mansion so the location was perfect. The layout was great and the house was new and super clean. The towels were so soft!! And the view of the lake was beautiful. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Nice small house overlooking Lake Erie

I stayed here with my husband and 2 college-aged daughters. The place was squeaky clean, and had snacks and K-cups available. The master bedroom and bath is very large. The carpet looked brand new and everything was working well. We enjoyed having the fireplace on. My daughter went for a walk along the beach while the rest of us were at our appointment. We also walked to an excellent bakery that was half a mile away.
