An air conditioning unit that doesn't work, which we reached out to the owner for help on to little avail. The room was over 30 degrees, requiring us to open the window which meant that all of the noise from the freeway (which is about 50 metres away from the room) came into the room as well as all of the light. “We stayed here and and really enjoyed the location. You can walk to everything from food to drinks and shopping. The restaurant next door is also very nice. “Da wir im Herbst (7 Wochen lang) da waren, war uns die Stadtnähe angenehm, soll heißen: es war nicht so wichtig in Strandnähe zu wohnen. Das Appartement ist sehr geräumig, die Räume sind gut angelegt und 4 große Balkontüren erlauben stets einen direkten Zugang nach draußen. Wir genossen ein sehr angenehmes Klima. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber funktioniert seht gut und prompt.”
