Friendly staff, spacious hotel, nice big rooms...recommendation ! Only live music in the evening lasts until 00:30. Not everyone wants to go to bed that late!

There are not many hotels in Porto Heli. this one was very nice however it is extremely family focused! There were many kids at this hotel and the focus was on that…. Overall a good place to stay if you have kids. Not so great for a friends or couples trip.

Safety issues for (small) children
The staff was nice, not overly friendly. We checked in and the girl just checked us in. I had to ask for a map and things to do nearby. We didn’t even know the hotel offered a dinner buffet until the next day because we asked about dinner reservations. For some reason this property has huge gaps under in the walls on the outdoor floors. Our toddler bent down right away to look under and could have fallen to his death if we did not grab him. These need to be covered up. There is no reason for these gaps in the walls. There are drains for water. Our room was at the end of the row of hotel rooms and the doors to the rooms have NO LOCKS IN THE INSIDE of the rooms so kids could just open the door and walk out and of course we had another dangerous cutout in the wall just outside our door. We had to stack furniture in front of the door at night. Also, our door handle fell off. It was mostly a stressful trip due to all these weird safety issues at the hotel. Good things: AMAZING food, live music at night, pool bar, room air conditioning was centralized and decent in the evening. Clean. Kids club and playground

What a wonderful stay! We’ll be back soon!
Such a lovely place to be! The staff was amazing, energetic, smiley, helpful, they all simply looked happy to be there! The breakfast buffet was probably the beat and biggest we have seen in a hotel. The room was spacious, very comfortable bed, lovey balcony. The pool was quite big and the chaiselongues enough for everyone. The lunch menu (by the pool) was also very good and food tasty.

Καλό με αρκετό περιθώριο βελτίωσης
Γενικά ευχάριστο ξενοδοχείο με δωρεάν Parking αν και δεν υπήρχαν πάντα θέσεις. Με καλύτερη διευθέτηση από πλευράς διοίκησης, στο κλειστό Parking, θα ήταν καλύτερα τα πράγματα μια και πολλοί ένοικοι έπιαναν πάνω από μία θέση. Δεν μας άφησε ιδιαίτερα καλή εντύπωση η εξυπηρέτηση στη reception η οποία ήταν σχετικά βαριεστημένη. Το δωμάτιο ήταν ευρύχωρο και αρκετά άνετο ενώ και το πρωινό ήταν πολύ πλούσιο. Θα ήθελα λίγο μεγαλύτερη προσοχή στα θέματα καθαριότητας μιας και υπήρχαν σημεία του δωματίου στα οποία δεν είχε δοθεί μεγάλη προσοχή ως προς την καθαριότητα. Επίσης οι καθαρίστριες δεν φορούσαν μάσκα κάτι ανεπίτρεπτο σε περίοδο πανδημίας. Η πισίνα ήταν μεγάλη αλλά σίγουρα θα μπορούσαν να υπάρχουν περισσότερες ξαπλώστρες και περισσότερα σημεία με καλύτερη σκιά μια και οι υπάρχουσες ομπρέλες δεν ήταν αρκετές. Το φαγητό στο μπαρ της πισίνας ήταν απλά ικανοποιητικό χωρίς να είναι κάτι το ιδιαίτερο. Η παραλία μπροστά στο ξενοδοχείο δεν μας ικανοποίησε καθώς είναι μέσα στον κόλπο του πόρτο χέλι και τα νερά δεν ανανεώνονται εύκολα. Παρόλα αυτά στην περιοχή, σε κοντινή απόσταση βρίσκονται πολλές ωραίες παραλίες. Γενικά το ξενοδοχείο έχει προοπτικές αλλά χρειάζεται προσοχή στα σημεία.

Starší hotel blízko pláže,špinavé more (kalne) chodili sme sa kúpať to druhého AKS hotela , zlý animačný program , každý večer ten istý človek spieval a hrán na klávesoch ( išlo to na nervy) . All inclusive oklieštené v nápojoch len pivo a víno žiaden alkohol čo nás nemilo prekvapilo a nealko nebolo bohvie aké, bazén dobrý, Hotel by už asi potreboval rekonštrukciu pôsobí dosť použito nepáčil sa nám zvnútra z vonku sa to dalo veľký priestor a výborne parkovanie to bolo super, Čo sa týkajú kuchyne monotonna _ ovocie len dyňa ...raňajky celkom fajn obedy a večere dookola rovnaké chválim dezerty.

Πολυ ωραιο ξενοδοχείο
Ήταν μια πολύ ωραία εμπειρία, για οικογένειές είναι απίθανο, η παραλία μπροστά από το ξενοδοχείο είναι χάλια αλλά μπορείς να πας στο άλλο ξενοδοχείο πιο πέρα που η παραλία είναι τελοια. Οι μπουφεδες του είναι εξαιρετικοί πολύ καλό φαγητό.

One regular hotel with luxury rate.
I was in this hotel for many years .But this year the persons in the reception , had changed,and the experience of them was very poor.I left the hotel at 6am.The person that was in the reception,a very kind man,forgot to give me my credit card. His obligation is to give the receipt with the card.I was very harry and I took the receipt without the card.After 20 km away I came back to ask for me card. I took a buffet at 1 pm.The buffet was mas poor than normal,and they forgtot, the most famous and cheap plate,for the turist,tsatsiki.(yogurt,cucumber and garling).

Great hotel for families.
The hotel has very nice facilities. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The food is excellent and varied. The staff from the manager on down are very accommodating and try very hard to ensure that all guests are pleased. The chef and the maitre'd of the restaurant work tirelessly to ensure that all tastes are accommodated. The pool is excellent and the beach at the sister hotel (free shuttle several times a day) is a great feature.

Ωραιο ξενοδοχειο σε πολυ καλη θεση
Μειναμε στο συγκεκριμενο ξενοδοχειο μια μερα οποτε δεν προλαβαμε να δουμε και πολλα.Παρολα αυτα σιγουρα μπορουμε να πουμε οτι το ξενοδοχειο ειναι πολυ ομορφο και προσεγμενο σε προνομιακη θεση καθως βρισκεται σχεδον διπλα στην πολη (περπατας ανετα δηλαδη για να φτασεις εκει) , το προσωπικο πολυ φιλικο και εξυπηρετικο , τα μπροστα δωματια εχουν υπεροχη θεα ειναι ευρυχωρα και με μεγαλο κρεβατι (τουλαχιστον αυτο που ειχαμε εμεις - φανταζομαι οτι και τα υπολοιπα θα εχουν την ιδια διαρρυθμιση ) . Μετανιωσαμε λιγο που πηγαμε μες στο Μαιο γιατι δεν ειχε σχεδον καθολου κοσμο (παραηταν ησυχο για τα γουστα μας) .Επισης εχω ακουσει απο συγγενεις που το επισκεπτονται τον Αυγουστο οτι εχει διαφορα events καθε βραδυ (μουσικες βραδιες κλπ) - αλλωστε τοτε το ξενοδοχειο ειναι full . Θα ηθελα πολυ να το επισκεπτω ξανα Ιουλιο - Αυγουστο .

This place has stunning views
The harbor view is really great. Rooms are good, no complaints here. The front desk staff was awesome, very friendly and helpful. It seems to me that almost everybody in Greece seems to be a smoker. Even though the outdoor breakfast terrace is very large you get a lot of passive smoke, which we found quite disturbing. Waiting staff at the breakfast area was quite inattentive, we were rarely offered coffee and had to get it ourselves from a machine at the breakfast buffet.

Nice hotel, good location, great pool
The swimming pool is huge - and in late September there's hardly anyone there (although I had heard that guests are sometimes moved to the sister hotel which is further out of the town). My room had a balcony which overlooked the gardens, pool and sea - a lovely view with stunning sunsets. The room was a good size with a TV and small fridge. As there were so few of us, check-in/out was very quick, the bar empty and no queues for breakfast. Breakfast was ok - but it didn't vary all week. The hotel is just a short walk into Porto Heli, so very close to shops, bars and restaurants. In the height of summer it's probably a very different place, but I liked the peace and quiet!

Présent dans cette ensemble sept jours en 2ème quinzaine de septembre ,nous y avons trouvé un bon accueil pour cette fin de saison estival .Le personnel (féminin ) de l'accueil fait l'effort de vous renseigner en français.Il est dommage que vu la fin de saison,certaines prestations ne sont plus assurées ,restauration au bord de la piscine,Beach Bar,mini club enfant,.....Tres bon accueil également de la personne de L'agence Thalasso No1 qui présente sur place vous propose toutes sortes d'excursions vers les îles proches ou Athènes ,ou encore des locations de voitures. Dans l'ensemble bon séjour ,très calme avec une restauration de qualité.
