Located in the heart of Erquy's historic town centre, close to the sea, this 95 m² pink sandstone house accommodates up to 7 guests. Its location makes it easy to enjoy the town centre, harbour and beaches without relying on the car for every outing.

The living area includes a lounge with sofa, armchairs and wood-burning stove, as well as a dining space suitable for family or group stays. Evenings can be enjoyed at a slower pace after a day exploring the coastline.

The open-plan kitchen is equipped for everyday meals: dishwasher, oven, gas cooker, fridge-freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and kettle. A utility room with washing machine and sink provides additional convenience.

Sleeping arrangements include:
- 1 master suite on the 1st floor with Queen Size double bed 160x200 and private shower room
- 1 bedroom on the 2nd floor with 2 single beds 90x200
- 1 bedroom on the 2nd floor with Queen Size double bed 160x200 and single bed 90x200

The house also includes a second shower room with toilet on the 2nd floor.

Outside, the furnished terrace includes a table, offset parasol and sun lounger. The enclosed garden also provides outdoor seating, an outdoor shower and a clothes line, useful after returning from the beach.

Free public parking is available less than 100 metres from the house.

Erquy is known for its harbour, beaches and pink sandstone landscapes. From the property, guests can easily alternate between markets, coastal outings and walks around Cap d'Erquy.
