This is a “self service“ hotel. This means that there is no one on site to help you if things don’t go well. The code they gave me to get into my room did not work and I called them multiple times to get help and have not received a response. That was two days ago. I have reported it to Expedia, hoping to get my money back and protect others from this kind of treatment.
