He acted like he had never heard of VRBO and told me there were no rooms available. He made it seem like my fault for booking a room there, and like I was supposed to know and manage the behind the scenes of the bookings. “I have stayed here before and loved it because it's close to my family, this is why i was very disappointed to find bugs (roaches) in the bathroom :( I left earlier than I wanted. I hope this gets resolved. Oh, and I couldn't get the TV to work :( The front desk clerk did come and turned it on but, the remote wouldn't work. ”

“It was neither quiet nor clean. The shower was filthy—mud ran on the floor when we turned on the water. Floor and air conditioners had not been clean so it was dusty. And it would helpful if some of the basic amenities were present like a hairdryer and a coffee pot. ”
