Master Bedroom: Queen-size bed (150x200 cm), built-in wardrobe, AC, and access to the balcony.

Second Bedroom: Two single beds (90x200 cm each), AC, wardrobe, and also direct balcony access.

- Bathroom

Modern and functional, featuring a walk-in shower and all the essentials for your stay.

- Laundry Room

A dedicated laundry space with washer, drying rack, and storage - perfect for longer stays or family trips.

- Pool

Outdoor shared pool in the condominium, perfect for sunny days. Open from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm.

- Gym

Located in the building, fully equipped to maintain your workout routine during your stay. Open from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM on weekdays, and from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM on weekends and public holidays.

- Apartment located on the 1st floor, elevator available.

- No Dedicated Parking: Free street parking is available in front of the building but subject to availability.

After 22:00, a €25 late check-in fee applies (paid in cash upon arrival).

On the day of your arrival, a member of our team will be at the apartment to welcome you. To avoid any delays, please inform us your flight number and the estimated time of arrival at the apartment with at least 48 hours in advance. The information we’re requesting is very important for us to coordinate our team and to provide you the best welcoming experience. Without that information we cannot guarantee you a prompt check-in, so your cooperation is very important.

- Espinho Train Station: Located within 20 minutes walking from the apartment, this is a key transportation hub. It connects Espinho with Porto and other major cities. The journey to Porto takes approximately 30 minutes, making it easy to travel to and from the city center.
- Local and Regional Trains: The station serves both local trains (Urbanos do Porto) and regional trains (Intercidades), offering various options for travel.

- Local Buses: Espinho has a network of local buses that connect different parts of the city and the surrounding areas. The bus stops are well-marked, and schedules are generally available at the stops or online.
- Intercity Buses: For longer trips or connections to other regions, intercity buses can be accessed from nearby stops, with routes connecting Espinho to other cities and towns.

- Cycling: Espinho is bike-friendly with dedicated bike paths and lanes. Avenida 32 and nearby areas are accessible for cyclists, and there are bike rental options available.

- Walking: The area around the apartment is pedestrian-friendly, with many amenities within walking distance. The city center and nearby attractions are easily accessible on foot.

- The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
- Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.
- The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
- Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided.
- We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.
- Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table.
- During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
- For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly utility bills exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
- Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.
- Please note that the pool may undergo maintenance without prior notice from the condominium.

- Pool rules:
The swimming pool is a communal facility intended for leisure. Please respect the following rules:
A. Opening hours: 09:00 to 20:00
B. Only residents and their guests may use the pool
C. Maximum capacity: 15 people
D. Showering before entering the pool is mandatory
E. No eating, smoking, loud music, or games (balls, rackets, etc.) around the pool area
F. No diving or jumping into the pool
G. Children must be supervised by an adult
H. Pets are not allowed in the pool

- Gym room rules:
The gym is exclusively intended for physical fitness activities. Please follow the rules below:
A. Open from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM on weekdays, and from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM on weekends and public holidays.
B. Access to the gym is free of charge
C. All users must maintain proper hygiene before, during, and after using the equipment. Failure to do so may result in a €50 penalty
D. The use of speakers or any device that plays music aloud is not permitted. Users must use headphones during workouts.
