“When we pulled up, we thought that the hotel had closed and was abandoned. Parking lot was huge with very few cars and took us a while to find the front desk. The people there were friendly enough, but it just felt like they were doing what they could keep everything together. The room was clean, but rundown. Would not recommend.”

“Such a cool place with super friendly owners. It's a time capsule of a building, from the 70s but miraculously everything looks brand new. I make it a point to stay in vintage motels, and this is by far the cleanest and most well preserved example I've ever seen. The room was also very quiet.”

“Jimmie the owner was very friendly and helpful. The air-conditioning work, but we wanted to use fresh air. At first the window stuck but Jimmy’s maintenance person. Jeff was able to come to our room and get them opened right away. The beds were comfortable. The water for taking a shower was as hot as anyone would want it. And there was plenty of it. Jimmy also gave us great recommendation for going out to breakfast or lunch. It was Mike’s Café. They’re open from 8 AM to 2 PM. Great food at great...

“Great location for the 4th of July festivities. House was very clean and perfect for what we needed. Kitchen was well stocked. Only suggestion and this does not take away from the 5 star rating, if at all possible, add a 1/2 bath in the basement, larger groups would appreciate it!”
