“Experiencia excelente, el hotel nos quedo cerca del lago de Tegernsee, tiene vistas espectaculares especialmente con la nieve, el persobal muy amable y atento, se puede sentir su calidez humana al entrar.”

“The suite requires more attention from the staff. The place was not cleaned well, there was hair in the shower cabinet, the countertop was stained, the floor was not properly cleaned. The bathroom was not stocked well with soap, we have to change the soap dispenser by ourselves and there was not enough soap to change the second one. The breakfast was poor quality. For the price asked for this accommodation, the overall experience and service quality should be much better, very disappointing. ”

“No elevator. We booked two (2) rooms that ended up on the 2nd and 3rd floor, narrow staircase,...Major issue, but understand it's a small local hotel that can't afford it. Then why does it charge the same as anything else? Can't have it both ways. No A/C, fans provided but when you're at the top of the building, it gets the most heat. With windows open, a great deal of road noise right next to it. Restaurant was great, but there are few choices nearby.”

“What a lovely lovely guesthouse! We were there for a week, drawn there by the Tiroler Festspiele across the way in Erl, Austria. We didn’t know what to expect but were so pleasantly surprised. While at the hotel we spent time walking and hiking, and visiting nearby places such as the fortress in Kufstein. Every time we returned to the hotel it was a lovely feeling of returning home. It was so clean, comfortable and welcoming. The Schmid family was so kind and helpful. We loved the afternoons...
