“Wonderful convenient quiet location. The check in and support was easy. Every issue we had was quickly resolved. Great instructions for how to use the place in English. It felt like concierge service and support. The place was spacious for the 4 of us. A/C worked well. We used the kitchen and coffee (nice touch to have coffee and tea there already). My wife drinks a lot of tea and having a tea kettle was perfect! Easy access to subway, grocery stores, and restaurants. I would recommend...

“Great place to stay”

“We enjoyed our stay very much. We had a group of 5 people and the place was very comfortable for us, with extra space that we ended up using. It was an extremely convenient location within close walking distance of two different train stations, convenience stores, and other shops and food places. The air conditioning was so welcome in the August heat. It was a very quiet neighborhood. The place was next to the train tracks but we barely heard the trains, especially with the soundproof...

“Staff was very accommodating allowing us to leave our luggage early before check in as we were already in Tokyo, we really appreciated our stay here as it had lots of room to spread out and was clean.”

“We were a large group of 8 people. This is a small two story, narrow place with a third lower height attic/loft. The place was fairly clean but the first night we heard a critter in the walls, probably a mouse or rat. We heard it is common in older houses to have that issue but it did throw us off. There are no separate rooms or doors to close. It’s basically dormitory style. It was fine for what we needed but wouldn’t be our preference and we will not be staying here again.”
