“Nicely decorated. Spacious and spotless. Ample supply of towels and washcloths. Communication with the host was excellent.They only suggested improvement is to label the container in the kitchen. I wasn't sure if it was liquid hand soap so or dishwashing liquid. In the listing, let people know that there are 2 flights of stairs . An extension cord from the from the outlet behind the bed would be helpful so we have access to more electrical outlets.I am nitpicking. I would definitely stay here...

“The property was in a bad location. It was a long way from downtown and nowhere near a metro station.The property in general needed a makeover. It also needed a deep clean.”

“Hosts were so cordial and helpful and did their very to accommodate us with our requests. The apartment was really clean and we really enjoyed our stay. Location is near a pretty hip area with cool cafes and eateries. A supermarket and pharmacy about 1-2 minute walk away. Super convenient. Would highly recommend because everything you want to see in Montreal is no more that a 20-25 minute drive. Would come back again for sure if available.”

“Perfect for our 2 night stay! Cute neighborhood with lots of little shops and places to eat. Apartment was clean and laid out well. House was stocked with the simple basics. Beds were comfy. Host was quick to respond and a great communicator! The only issue was the parking. We arrived after 8 PM and had to park a few blocks away. We did get a much closer spot in the early afternoon the next day- so not a deal breaker. If it weren't for the parking I would have given 5 stars!”

“Cleanliness standards were absolutely abysmal. The rug had toe nail clippings and toughs of hair all over. The floors had garbage and dust everywhere. The bed sheets had stains and hair in it. The bathroom had questionable black mold. We checked out early after one night (only because we arrived late at night), informing the host about our concerns. They are since refusing to provide a refund for the remaining nights. Do not book here!”

“Very good communication with the host, early arrival with bag drop directly in the Appartment was very easy.Careful when parking the car in the street, the controls are super strict and you have to very well ready the signs to not take a fee”
