“Excellent hosts that went above and beyond.”

“Lovely apartment in a friendly neighborhood. The home was spotless with a nice kitchen which included a gas stove, microwave, fully stocked Keurig coffee maker, and full size refrigerator. Lots of great restaurants were close by and a Giant market was three blocks away. The Metro station was only 5 blocks away and we rode it everywhere. I definitely recommend this apartment for your DC vacation. We loved it.”

“The property is extremely clean, beds are very comfy, kitchen is completely stocked with utensils, pans, dishes, coffee, spices, etc. It was perfect for our family of 4, as we all wanted our own rooms. ”

“We couldn't fit our van in the guarage, so we had to find street parking which was frustrating. The internet was good. The dining table chair leg came off, it looked like it had been fixed before. The thermastat had a mind of it's own. I had to get up in the middle of the night to turn it down...it went from 70 to 83. The house was perfect size, and the convience of staying all together was nice. I was happy to be able to spend family time. The neighborhood was not that great, but it all worked...

“We had major issues with this property due to the lack of hot water for almost two days. When we arrived, we were told the water heater had previously failed but was “good to go.” However, on Day 2, we had no hot water after 10 AM, and on Day 3, we had no water at all for most of the day. We were unable to shower, wash dishes, or take care of basic needs until late that evening. We even had to go to a hotel just to shower, which should never be necessary during a vacation rental stay.These...

“Overall the place was very nice and convenient for our group of 6 adults. We particularly enjoyed the front porch and terrace/yard area. TV in the common area was small for the space but we weren't there to watch TV. The only discrepancy to note is that the listing says 11AM check out and a 10AM check out was communicated everywhere else. Surrounding area felt safe.”
