“The property was easy to find and check into. Instructions were accurate. Also, street parking was easy to find. The location was suburban and well located near cafes, restaurants, a beautiful park, and the coastline. Close drive to downtown. The house itself is basic. The linens and furnishings are basic. You will need to provide your own napkins, towels, etc. We stayed in winter and none of the minisplits worked to provide heat. They blew cold air. There were no extra blankets or bed...

“It was a great stay. Cozy and new comfortable apartment with the plus of having a private garage place inside the building. The only small issue we felt was the pressure of the water, specially for the bath (always changing from low water pressure and normal pressure). Apart of that, everything was perfect!”

“I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the flat - very spacious and well proportioned. The description of amenities missed some important items, such as a washing machine and a coffee machine. There is very little in terms of cutlery though, not even a bottle opener, which could easily be remedied. There was no duvet for the sofa bed when we arrived and it took a bit of back and force to have one brought but it did get resolved. On balance, a good stay in a good flat.”

“The property is listed as having a terrace, a spacious terrace, and that was a main reason for us booking it but on arrival the terrace was not functional as it was overgrown. Having contacted Host Wise, they were not able to resolve the issue and we couldn’t use the outdoor space for the complete week we were there. We asked for remuneration and they insultingly offered 30.95 stating that, although the garden furniture had weeds and grass growing up through it, “the space remained accessible...

“We arrived at 11 PM on a Saturday night after a long day of travel to find the elevator not working. No one answered our calls. We were traveling with our 83-year-old mother who has stage four cancer and why we specifically booked a building with an elevator. We messaged the host and unfortunately started carrying bags up to the third floor, which was really four flights upstairs up. Eventually someone showed and carry one bag up, but it would’ve been nice to have received a phone call...

“Apartamento en buen estado, con un anfitrión amable y atento pero no apto para personas que quieran descansar debido al entorno en el que se encuentra: el metro pasa a 15 metros y se oye constantemente (el apartamento se encuentra a 4 paradas del centro), a través de las paredes se escucha al resto de apartamentos(pisadas, conflictos, fiestas..) y zona poco segura (a las chicas del apartamento de al lado las rompieron la luna y les robaron cosas del coche, le tenían aparcado detrás de nuestro...
