“I rented this property for a family gathering around the Boston Marathon and the reservation was canceled 10 days out without any warning. The property was not listed as for sale and the reason for cancellation was that the property was sold. Your system should not have sent me a request for review.”

“Was promised a refund of $50 after we spent an entire day without power. Plus VERY hard to communicate with. Would NOT recommend!”

“The space was immaculately clean and adequately furnished. The location was great, right off of the Tufts Medical Center Subway stop. The host was friendly, communicative, and quick to reply back. The bed was a bit creaky, and the wall ac units were loud for myself but not for my friend (who is accustomed to sleeping with white noise), just fyi. Otherwise, an excellent choice of stay!”

“It was the worst experience in my life. I could survive the absence of a lift and climb with my luggage on the 3rd floor through the steep steps but I was shocked when I saw the apartment. It looked like a shelter for the homeless. Very shabby, unclean. The bathroom is in terrible condition. The stove in the kithen is very old and dirty. It was not possible even to make tea. No kettle, no pan to boil water, only old cracky frying pans. Anyway it was impossible to eat anything in this apartment...

“The unit was very spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The unit does need more or different furniture. We were stuck there on a rainy day and no table was big enough to eat at, work at or play cards. There was one couch that fit 3 people and no other chairs to relax in. Overall, highly recommend staying, as the building amentities are amazing, just be prepared to spend more time on 2nd floor congregation area if you have more than 3 people in apartment.”
