“Checking in and trying to get access to the apartment was very difficult. We got there late and the lights weren’t enough to illuminate the lock box and keys. A light needs to be installed next to the box so it is possible to open it late at night. Also please make sure guests are aware of the spiral staircase. Elderly and families with young children might appreciate knowing that. The apartment was beautiful and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. Thank you.”
