“The property is nice for its price, it would easily be triple the price if you’re from the states. Common areas are nice as well, two pools and a nice business/meeting conference. Good bang for your buck, it’s in central pattaya. You’re in the middle of all the action.”

“Normally i would go out of my way to give a good review, however this is not the case. 1st check in was horrible. Communication with the owners/ Manager was horrible. Had to wait out by the guards in the heat for hours! Second the room is tiny with horrible bed and the couch is horrible. The tv in the room doesn't work. The coffee pot was filthy, Definitely the owners are not concerned about the clients at all..... The tv on the 31st floor also doesn't work. Pool no towels, your room barely...
