“La limpieza impecable. Muy bien situado. Muy atento el personal”

“Disappointing stay despite a great location We stayed for 8 nights, but unfortunately the room was not cleaned even once during our stay. The garbage was not collected, there was dust, and the room had a persistent sewage smell. Bed linen was not changed by the staff. Instead, clean sheets were simply left on the floor for us to change the bed ourselves. There is also no receptionist on-site, and communication is done exclusively through a local app. If you don’t have the app, communication...

“Clean and comfortable room with all the essentials provided. The appliances were good and everything was well maintained. The location is excellent, with shops and train stations just a short walk away, making it very convenient for getting around.”
