“We loved our stay here. Great kitchen & bathroom - sweet balcony where I thoroughly enjoyed my morning & evening coffees. This is in what they call “Alta ventimiglia” which features older apartments in tiny lane ways. Small coffee shops and an awesome bakery and chicken rotisserie are within a few lanes of your apartment. Giampaolo & Vera are amazing hosts. This place is a true find. Having easy access to an awesome elevator makes the daily jaunt into “town” or seashore a breeze! I loved it...

“Der Vermieter war super nett, das Objekt super sauber. Die Lage ist hervorragend. Um das Objekt zu erreichen muss man durch mehrere kleine Gassen gehen. Wenn man etwas mehr Gepäck hat ist das nicht so gut. Ansonsten alles Prima. Einen Sandstrand in der Nähe, Restaurants, Cafés, kleiner Supermarkt alles innerhalb von ein paar Minuten zu erreichen. Wir kommen wieder auf jeden Fall 👌”

The host was super nice and helped us programming our leave. Just be aware there are 3 floors of steep steps good exercise! :-)aware there ”

This once old apartment was renovated to make it an extremely comfortable place to stay. It lacked nothing. I highly recommend this place to anyone going to Ventimiglia!”

“Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Villa Ginestra sehr genossen. Der Ausblick ist natürlich unbezahlbar. Der Internetauftritt entspricht 1:1 der Realität. Der Pool wurde von unseren beiden Töchtern sofort in Beschlag genommen. Vom Balkon hat man einen tollen Blick auf Monaco und kann mindestens einmal in der Woche ein Feuerwerk über der Stadt bewundern. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und haben uns mehrmals frisches Obst und Gemüse aus dem Garten gegeben. Die Anfahrt zur Wohnung...
