“Very disappointing experience booking a hotel through Expedia. The hotel pictures were completely misleading and did not match the actual condition of the property. We arrived at the hotel at 2 PM, which was the official check-in time, but were told our room was not ready because they had no clean bed sheets or towels available. The staff informed us we would not get the room until after 6 PM once their laundry arrived. When I requested to cancel the booking because of the unacceptable...

“I stayed in different hotels with better price in Istanbul. First of all there is no elevator in the building and due to bad design of stairs, its a big hassle to move luggages upstairs. The Tv had no channels, so it was completely useless. The Safe box was out of order too. Moreover, There was a intense sewage odor in the bathroom which could spread in the room. Overal not happy with the stay.”
