“Properties should absolutely be required to note any negatives that the property may have.This property advertises as being in the center of San Jose, which is very convenient however it does not mention at all that across the street from the property or two bars, which were very, very noisy up until the early hours of the morning also the rooms are on the second floor and there is no mention of any handicap limitations•”
