“We stayed here in 2004 and came back again this time, mainly for the great pool and convenient location. We have also stayed at the fort and makati locations. We upgraded to one of the larger rooms and while spacious, there were minor hints of wear including some carpet stains, and mild damage to some furniture. Shower gout lines showed aging. Water pressure and Wi-Fi signal was great. Bed and pillows great. Staff were cordial and accommodating, as always.”

“La pieza era amplia y con buenos muebles, la vista no fue la más apropiada ya que miraba a una muralla muy cerca, lamentablemente las piezas no tienen ventanas que se puedan abrir, lo que genera que la ventilación sea mala. ”

“Spacious and clean rooms, excellent customer service. Everyone was eager to please. Kudos to the check in staff, concierge and Cafe astoria esp John Marc. We had the 2 bedroom suite which we enjoyed, gym and buffet breakfast with many options. Loved our room on the 31st floor even though the elevator was a little slow. Walking distance to Edsa Shangrila and Megamall. Grocery and restaurants nearby. ”

“Quizás no tuve mucha suerte y me dieron una habitación sin vistas, lo que incrementaba la sensación de cerrado. El minibar hacia mucho ruido y tuve que apagarlo para poder dormir. La habitación es pequeña pero el baño bastante grande en comparación. La piscina es outdoor, pero creo que necesita una reforma, especialmente el jacuzzi. El agua estaba fría para ser Julio. No me quisieron cambiar 100€ por pesos filipinos, decían que solo pueden cambiar billetes de 20€ o 50€. El desayuno estaba...

“The lobby is big and expansive, breakfast buffet is worth it. The rooms are large however you can tell that they are old. The carpet is well worn. Room is clean but with the old carpet it doesn't feel as clean. Well situated near The Podium and Megamall. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. The gym is great!”
