“Place was cute and cozy. We had six people (2 adults/ 2 teens/ 2 kids) and it was just right for our family as a home base as we left everyday for Dollywood/National Park/Gatlinburg. We mostly stayed out most of everyday. Only thing is if you have a larger family and want to stay in, the living room seating isn’t enough with 1 chair and 1 sofa, but if your like us and out most of the time or sitting on the back porch- the living room seating doesn’t matter. “I took my 16 yr old daughter and her best friends for a weekend stay in May. The teens had a blast in the arcade room hanging out and playing pool and video games. There were no issues finding the house or getting into the driveway in my loaded down CRV. The owners sent excellent directions. If it was wintertime, I would have needed four wheel drive, I think. “Amazing views! We saw so many bears! Property owners were prompt to messages and so kind and polite! The cabin has anything you would need! Great place and we will definitely book again in the future! ”

“The location was perfect! Very easy walk to the gondola and beautiful views from the patio. Parking wasn’t very difficult. The steam shower was wonderful. The kitchen is small but useable, perfect for a short weekend or if you don’t plan on cooking much. We had a great weekend and would definitely stay here again!”

“The property and especially the views are spectacular It was clean, comfortable, and well equipped with kitchen equipment. Nice game room, and wet bar and plenty of room around the fire pit with firewood provided!!! The owner was readily available for any questions. This was our 4 th consecutive year sub Roosters Den and look forward to going again next year”
