“It has been 9 business days and we still have not received our security deposit. In addition, I expressed concerns during our stay about the condition of the property, but those concerns were brushed off.We did not enjoy our stay. The house was not thoroughly cleaned, several items were broken, and there were leaks in the flooring. We paid over 1,100 for a property that did not meet reasonable expectations, and now we are still waiting for the return of our security deposit. If my security...

“The location is so peaceful. We enjoyed evenings on the deck watching the sunset and fireflies. The primary bedroom is spacious and the rest were good size. The bathrooms and kitchen are well stocked and the water is better than ours back home. Seven of us fit, no problem. The lake and the pool kept the family busy when we weren't out and about.”

“Beautiful home in a quaint neighborhood with a relaxing creek out back. I could've sat on the back porch forever. Communication with the owner was quick and helpful. Very comfortable stay.”

The host was very responsive and prompt throughout the entire rental process, and they made the check-in process smooth and easy. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this property to others. We look forward to staying here again!”

“Beautiful property! Bathrooms and linens were spotless. Excellent host, quick to reply and meet all our needs. Big bonus for us was the extra family-friendly features: pack and play and high chair on site, stairs with baby gate/door. The hot tub and pool were great. Lovely choice for a Smokey Mountain Getaway!”

But if you are looking for a quiet relaxing space, this is it!. You do not have access down to the river but you have a great view from the deck over the water and from the porch. We...

“Great place, TERRIFIC host! Very communicative. The house was perfect for our sons’ graduation trip. They did so many fun things in and around Gatlinburg. Memories to last a life time!”
