“Lovely small hotel with a few areas to improve - room 10 the radiator didn’t work but they had left a small plug in , it didn’t heat the room so room was very cold . The bathroom had no extractor working so got very steamy and couldn’t use mirror . Fridge wasn’t secure in unit so fridge fell forward , TV had limited channels and could not get a response on how to access through pin . The hotel was beautifully restored and exceptionally clean. Would stay again if the room was heated ”

“I loved staying at this pub/inn/hotel. The people who work there are friendly and welcoming. My room was comfortable and quiet. The pub was fun and social and the food was excellent. I will definitely be back.”

“Parking is limited but easy to get too. Linen nice and clean, towels and bedding. Tea and coffee provided in room. Only problem is that twice we have visited the hotel recently and had problems with the shower, no cold water therefore water was too hot, and previously shower handle broke off. First time another room was provided, second time offered a change of room or a room for a shower, staff offered a solution. All staff very friendly. ”

“Comfortable cosy stay in lovely, clean cottage which is dog friendly. Situated minutes from shops meaning you can easily get your essentials or grab a drink in a lovely pub. Nice location and suitable base to drive to other parts of the region. The cottage was clean and presented as described. WiFi was excellent throughout ( I know that’s required for some, but not us) Has a small back garden, which is gated and perfect for dogs to stretch their legs.”

“Lovely accommodation in a great village. Good good but a little expensive. Hotel room was comfortable and modernised but bathroom was a little tired although it had a great shower with plenty of power and hot water. Drinks provided in room. Great price for good rooms.”

“It was a very nice room in a seperate building at the back of the pub by the car park. It even had a small fridge as well as Kettle and coffee etc. Very quiet, nice location. Looks like a nice pub too but I didn't try it.”
