“The staff went above and beyond. The property is being renovated which is said might take 2 years but it is quiet. The grounds are beautiful. They have golf carts to get you to your room, front desk, pool, restaurant and parking. They have a pool bar with restaurant, a restaurant and a small cafe which has staples to buy. There is an onsite area to get a taxi but highly recommend renting a jeep to get around the island. About 8 min drive to Cruz bay with plenty of restaurants and shopping. Just...

“Loved staying at the Westin. It was clean, staff was very friendly. Our unit was updated and we didn't have any issues. The main pool needs some updating (tiles and rust), but it was still a great getaway. As far as the Westin goes- I wish they would offer some more brunch/breakfast options, but we made a quick trip to the market and ate in the unit every morning. Taxis are right there and can take you to wherever you want to go. We will definitely come back and stay at the Westin. ”

“Beautiful villa, amazing location. The only hiccup was the Westin check in.....we received "welcome" info. 3 days later and also had trouble getting bathroom supplies filled (shampoo, conditioner, shower gels were empty). Staff replaced a missing coffee pot right away. Communication with owner was excellent and VRBO booking was efficient and went smoothly. We would most definitely rent from this owner again.”
