Needed to walk 10mins to find a decent restaurant. Only a small outdoor pool. Work out area is very small. Bed was ok, not very comfortable for a vacation hotel. Limited choices for breakfast. Coffee machine was not commercial level, broken every several minutes. The good side is the hotel is just several minutes walking to Daguan Park...

“The air conditioner was not working. Noted the side window was opened but could not close it. Had to leave the curtain open so that cold air from outside can come in. As it was the new year eve, lots of fire works took place. It was so noisy that I could not sleep at all. ”

“The hotel is right across the Green Lake. Traffic in Kunming was the worst I have ever seen in China, especially around the city center so be mindful how much time you need to go around places. Breakfast buffet was ok for the hotels in Kunming. When I arrived, the hotel told me the room type I booked ran out, so you better call them beforehand to make sure the room type you booked is available.”

“Excellent location with easy access to the commercial pedestrian streets (eateries and shops). But beware of the vehicles accessibility to the hotel (10 pm~10 am). Depending on your drop off points, you may have to walk a distance to the hotel with your luggages.”
