"The room was nice and spacious, and the breakfast was very good. They offered eggs, sausages, cereal, juice, yogurt, and waffles, which I appreciated. However, there were several issues during my stay. The bathtub drainage was not working properly; after taking a shower, the tub filled with water even though the drain stopper was not in place, and it took a while for the water to go down. My plan for my two-night stay was to enjoy the pool, but unfortunately, it was not available. The pool was dirty and green, and I was told it would not be ready until the following week. This was very disappointing, especially considering the high temperatures in the city. The ice machine was also out of service. Overall, the room and breakfast were good, but the maintenance issues and unavailable amenities made the stay disappointing."

"Nos asignaron una habitaciòn inicialmente sucia. Posteriormente nos cambiaron a otra y en los 3 dìas que estuvimos, nunca fueron a hacer limpieza. Las escaleras del inmueble se estaban cayendo y las tuvieron que cancelar. Se supone que incluye un desayuno y cuando fuimos no habìa nada de alimentos. "
