“Nice apartment. Stayed 5 nights. Quiet apartment except for Saturday night beer garden across the street. But that noise stopped before 11 pm.Each bathroom has jut 1 small bar of soap and no wash clothes. So bring/buy some soap and washcloth. The shower had no place to put shampoo; conditioner, or grab bar. Mgmt needs to add grab bar and shower caddy.Would stay here again. It was just blocks from our friend's apartment. Great restaurant (Ted's) down the street.”

“Overall a great experience. Home is a little on the small side but great layout, and a beautiful backyard space. Everything was clean and tidy, plenty of pillows and extra blankets. We enjoyed the yard the most, nice fire pit out back with patio seating to enjoy smores. Would absolutely stay again, nice quiet neighborhood and very close to everything. ”

“We stayed for a volleyball tournament. The house is comfortable and filled all our needs. The back yard pool looks inviting, we might have to do it again in the summertime. Communication with the owner was great. We didn't need anything but if you did I am sure they would take care of you immediately.”

A Hy-Vee grocery store was conveniently located nearby, and the neighborhood was sufficiently close to the highway for easy access to amenities without being overly disruptive.The bedding was clean and the beds were comfortable. “Our family of 14 held a family gathering for Father's Day at Branched Oak Lake. Seven of us stayed at this home and the rest gathered here during downtime and stayed elsewhere. Not allowing children at this home is a good call as there is soooo many antiques that we adults thoroughly enjoyed. The pool is well-maintained, not heated which was fine for us.
