Brand New Gorgeous 2 Bed Property @ Estepona Hills

This stunning first floor apartment is located in the prestigious 'Mirador de Estepona Hills' urbanisation, one of the most exclusive estates along the Costa del Sol. The apartment is located in the first ring at the resort of Mirador de Estepona Hills. With a view over the old town and the sea this is paradise. In clear weather even Gibraltar and North Africa can be seen, this location can be called unique and idyllic. The apartment has a spacious living room with dining area, a covered balcony with dining table and lounge area, one double bedroom with a double bed, one two-bedroom with two single beds, two separate bathrooms, one with a bath and one with a shower, and a spacious kitchen. The apartment has a luxurious feel and fully equipped with amenities such as air conditioning, WiFi, a washing machine and dryer and high-quality kitchen appliances. There is underground parking with an elevator to the apartment. There are also electric parking stations within the urbanization. Mirador de Estepona Hills is one of the Costa del Sol's most exclusive urbanisations. The estate features two large swimming pools surrounded by Balinese beds and sun loungers. Both pools have separate children's pools and are serviced by their own pool bar and restaurant. On site there is also a boutique delicatessen which also has it's own terrace. Should you need a larger supermarket, there is a Mercadona a mere 2 minute drive away. From the southern entrance to the urbanisation its is possible to walk into Estepona town in 15/20 minutes. By car it is a 5 minute drive. Clients also have access to 'Los Reales Sports Club' which has a fully equipped gym, pádel clubs and restaurant. Access is available for a subsidised rate of 5 euros per person, per day. Padel courts are free between 7-10am and 13-16pm. Outside of these hours they are able to rent with a 50% discount. The old town of Estepona is characterized by small cozy colorful and flowery streets interspersed with picturesque squares where many cozy terraces are located. Estepona is an elongated city along the beach, so you can also enjoy walking, running or cycling along the boulevard. The shopping streets are very diverse and you can find practically everything. There is also more than enough choice for culinary enthusiasts, whether you are ready for fresh fish from the barbecue while sitting on the beach with your flip flops or want a chic dinner in a high-quality tapas restaurant or another international cuisine. Estepona has everything you are looking for Both Malaga and Gibraltar airports are under an hour away by car. Estepona, Puerto Banus and Marbella are a 5/20/30 minute drive away respectively. Out of office hours Check-in is charged the following: 9pm - Midnight 20 euros Midnight - 2am 40 euros After 2am 60 euros This amount is payable in cash at the property. For infants, it is also possible to rent cots (50 euros) / high chairs (20 euros). These amounts are also payable in cash on check-in.
