we arrived at the flat at 2pm after confirming an early check in with Linda prior to paying for the trip which was agreed and a late checkout to be told by Caroloa that we could not now have this The apartment is advertised as 2 bed 2 bath which it is not it has a shared bathroom between both bedrooms with inter connecting doors and a down stairs toilet with a sink definitely not 2 bathrooms. After the cleaners had been the apartment was still dirty with ants all over the down stairs terrace it took a lot of stress and phone calls with Carola to get someone after two days to deal with the Ants and 9 days for the cleaners to come back and clean it properly and this was only because we had to ask for spare bed sheets so we could change the bed. We had asked and asked for a mop as the one there was dirty and unusable eventually after 9 days we finally got one. The sofa is filthy and property is nothing like the pictures. The balcony furniture is old with stuffing coming out of the cushions a broken sunbed and food splatters on the floor and walls and the other wrap around terrace is literally derelict and has none of the furniture shown in the pictures. We didn't have a key fob to get into the pool areaWe had constant stress with the management company rep Carola and it really impacted our holiday. This apartment is miss sold as 2 bathrooms and i would strongly advise not staying there if you want to enjoy your holiday. in the picture's it looks 5 star in reality it is 2.
