Quite and nice palce to stay, and amazing value for money! House/property definately needs some maintenance and a bit of cleaning up, but was still perfectly comfortable for a werkend getaway

Perfect!

This home had everything we needed and was perfect for our stay! Location was great with amazing views; rooms were perfect for our family, and the outdoor space was great for grilling dinner while we were there! Definitely recommend this property!

I wish we could have had streaming access in the bedrooms televisions, but beyond that, we had a very enjoyable stay!

I am sorry to say our stay was very disappointing. The property was not as advertised and appeared to have been poorly maintained.Several items in the home were broken, including two televisions that never worked and a broken recliner. The house was also not clean when we arrived. We found blood in two different spots on the bathroom floor, and the hot tub was dirty enough that we had to call and request it be cleaned before we could use it.The biggest concern came when we returned to the house and found a notice stating that the electricity was scheduled to be shut off the following morning due to nonpayment. I immediately contacted the host at approximately 5:30 p.m., but did not receive a response until around 12:30 a.m. The lack of communication during a situation like that was unacceptable and left us wondering whether we would lose power during our stay.Overall, the cleanliness, maintenance issues, and poor communication made this a very frustrating experience. I cannot recommend this property based on our stay.

Spacious house in good location. Convenient to RMNP, shopping and restaurants. Saw elk every day around house and a black bear walking by house one morning. The housekeeper lives in the basement, so convenient if you need anything.

Close to RMNP and downtown Estes. We saw Elk in the neighborhood. :) The house was big enough to accommodate our family of 3 teens and 2 adults. There were quite a few things that need to be updated but overall it was a good experience for what we needed.

Great Big House!

Huge and nice and clean house! Came stocked with plenty of linens and everything you would ever need in the kitchen. Great back yard too!

Beautiful Home

This house was amazing. My family and I enjoyed every minute there! The house was even better than we expected! The property manager did not return our phone call regarding Wi-Fi issues, but other than that, it was phenomenal.

BEAUTIFUL HOME!!!!!

The house was everything I had expected and more! It was super clean, cabinets had pots and pans, basic necessities were provided, extra linen, and the property itself was very well maintained! Definitely will be coming back

Large home in a great location. Be aware there is someone living in the basement apartment and they park their car and scooter in the drive. There’s not really enough room four 4 guest vehicles to also park there. Wasn’t thoroughly cleaned before our arrival and some minor repairs/replacement needs that hopefully will be addressed before the next guests arrive.

Big place with a lot of space, good for big groups. It gets really hot in the summers, even with The dishwasher was broken and the host was not very responsive about getting it fixed.

Convenient location and clean

Overall good location and nice place. It would have been nice to know someone lives on the bottom floor and we were sharing the driveway. Host was not reachable by phone during the stay.

Family stay in Estes park

Big house, lots of rooms and space. wonderful back yard games and bikes for everyone. Indoor and outdoors 🔥 feature and plenty of floor space for kids and dogs. Jacuzzi tub in master and great mountain view at the top of the hill.

Overall, the house was the perfect size for our family with plenty of space. The location was in a quiet neighborhood and close to everything. The hot tub was a great amenity on those cool nights. My only suggestions would be to have more bath towels and designated hot tub towels. The kitchen is large enough for family cooking, however, it’s not set up for those of us who love to cook. There was a limited amount of pots and pans, plates, and silverware to accommodate all of us. Simple upgrades in these areas would make this house irresistible!

Amenities were out dated. The upstairs bathroom would hold water if one showered and the tub held water it was like taking a bathe and the smell when it trained was horrid. Smell. Were asked to take our trash that wasn’t clear if you had to take it with you or leave it for the custodian. We took it to town and threw it away. The towels were horrible. And there wasn’t enough if wanted to use hot tub. The kitchen sink the faucet needed a washer it would spray all over. It didn’t look like it was prepped for guests. For just about 1,600 for three nights , just expected the place to be little more modern.
