Fireplace did not work, dryer not operating and screen door off living room wouldn’t locked and when opened would barely shut, needed adjusted. We reached out to the local folks letting them know and they said work order was put in but no timeline when repairs would be made. That was disappointing because when you’re in Colorado on vacation you want a fire in the mornings and evenings. Also we were wanting to do some laundry but couldn’t. We understand things happen just frustrating when you’re on vacation and spend that kind of money.

Tamera's house was perfect for our family get away. There was room to spread out and we loved having the river behind the house and the hot tub was a huge hit. Not too far from anything yet in the country. My son caught some trout in the river behind the house even. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would give this place a 20!! The wildlife and mountains did not disappoint and the house is beautiful. Everyone is so friendly! They have put a lot of work into this place and it shows. Thanks Tamara!!

Fabulous stay at Estes Park house in Aspen Brook community

Six of us rented this house for 3 nights for our annual girls' trip. The house did not disappoint! Tamara was great to work with! The house was in tip top shape, well-maintained, well-stocked and spotlessly clean. The deck over-looking the running river was our favorite spot for morning coffee and other meals. The house was even more gorgeous in person. The location was perfect for visiting downtown Estes Park and the Rocky Mountain National Park. Hope to have the opportunity to return!

Serenity Happy

Serenity cabin is right on the brook. The deck and hot tub are marvelous. The cabin comfortably handled 7 adults and 3 children. The location was great being very close to the YMCA where we were having a large family reunion. Highly recommended.

We absolutely loved everything about our stay at this property! In addition to being in a perfect location with a beautiful river view, it had everything we needed for our stay. Tamara was a wonderful host, and I would highly recommend Serenity Cabin!

Estes Park Perfection

We love staying in Aspen Brook and the Serenity cabin did not disappoint! Plenty of room for our family of 7, great location, gorgeous river view and hot tub fun. Would recommend to anyone and stay again!

Amazing!!

We really enjoyed our stay! Tamara made our 10 year anniversary extra special and even went out of her way to get a package to us. The back porch was amazing after a long day! It was fully stocked with everything you would ever need. Everything was perfect and we cannot wait to come back!!!!!

Amazing property, great location

We loved EVERYTHING about this property. We had 6 adults and 2 children and PLENTY of space for everyone to be together, or to have personal space. The kitchen was amazing with how well it was stocked with everything we needed. The view of the river with the running water was spectacular and the patio and hot tub, amazing. Our family absolutely fell in love with Serenity and cannot wait until we visit Estes Park again for a repeat in this cozy, comfortable, and fun cabin.

Perfect Memorial Weekend

This property was the perfect stay for our Memorial Weekend of hiking in RMNP. The home had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms, plus many more amenities we didn’t even think about! We loved the location and riverfront views, and the property manager was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended!

Serenity Became our Home Away from Home

This is a beautiful home in a very quiet neighborhood. We loved having the Big Thompson river flowing through our backyard! The home was warm and welcoming and we had plenty of room. We really enjoyed the wildlife that came around every day. We will definitely stay there again!

Aspen Brook by the River

This is a quiet location where you can listen to the river and star gaze while soaking in the hot tub. It's a short hike away from the Y which was great for the kids. It's also a short drive from downtown. The house itself was stocked with almost anything we needed from the kitchen to the bathrooms. The showers were warm with great water pressure. The kids enjoyed playing games and with the stuffed animals. Also, there is a small playground on the property where the kids could run around. Tamra was available by phone for any questions. We would love to stay here again and would recommend it to others.

Family Vacation

We just stayed a week in this beautiful mountain retreat on the Big Thompson River. House was clean, fully furnished and comfortable to be in for a week. Sitting on the deck and listening to the river was peaceful. Tamara was quick to respond with any question and/or request and checked in while we were staying there. Would definitely stay her again.

Riverside relaxation

Incredibly convenient to groceries and Rocky Mountain National Park, the Serenity Cottage was a perfect place for our family of 5. It was a nice touch (and one less hassle) to have the trash bags and dishwasher detergent provided. Birdwatching from the deck and star-gazing from the hot tub are fabulous moments of relaxation after long hikes. If you come, don't miss Cinnamon's bakery or the Himalayan Curry and Kebab restaurant. Coupons for Dave's BBQ in a handout at the visitor center!

Heading to Estes... Stay here!

Serenity Cabin was exceptionally clean and well-represented on the website. We are a family of 6 with kids between the ages of 11 and 20. It was nice to have three floors so everyone had some extra space to themselves after spending the day together hiking, rafting, or shopping. You could easily host a couple of families here at the same time. It is an easy short drive south of Estes (a couple of miles) which makes it very close to the Beaver Meadows entrance to RMNP. The Thompson River flowing directly behind the house and the salt water hot tub made this place better than many other options. We saw elk and mule deer crossing the river right outside the cabin. Tamara provided us with quick feedback on our questions and checked in to make sure everything was to our liking. We are pretty picky and we would definitely stay here again! 10/10

Ten minutes in the door and we were "un-wound" from traveling and felt as if the place had always been ours!!! ,,, everything was in its place including, not one but, TWO Christmas trees!! WoW!!! Great property on the river

We had an excellent time in Estes and this property was a big part of it. Plenty of space for the kids and adults plus having the hot tub to soak away our aches after a long day of hiking or shopping. Property manager was very helpful and did a great job communicating to us before and during our stay.
