Mountain Haven en el río!

Bienvenido a nuestro tranquilo refugio de montaña en el río (Estes Park Vacation Home Business License # 6040). Wade, se sientan en las rocas, o pescado de la trucha salvaje en el río grande de Thompson y sentir sus preocupaciones se desvanecen. Comer el almuerzo en una de las mesas de picnic mientras contempla las montañas, asar malvaviscos en el pozo de fuego, o simplemente relajarse en la amplia zona de césped bien cuidado.

Usted puede disfrutar de un café o té por la mañana en el comedor mientras observa la vida silvestre a través de 5 grandes ventanales. O ver la vida silvestre de casi cualquiera de los otros 30 ventanas en esta acogedora casa - incluyendo las cinco ventanas que rodean la bañera de hidromasaje en el baño principal! Para terminar el día relajándose en uno de los grandes sillones en la terraza acristalada - escuchando el río y los demás sonidos de la naturaleza. Nuestra casa está en una ubicación privilegiada. Estamos al final de un camino tranquilo, con un gran patio privado que corre hacia el río. La entrada al Parque Nacional de las Montañas Rocosas es sólo una milla de distancia, donde se puede disfrutar de los muchos senderos, ríos y lugares maravillosos del parque tiene para ofrecer. Fantastic property very close to Rocky Mountain National Park! Very well stocked kitchen made it very easy for us to cook. Spacious yard with frequent elk sightings. Hosts were very responsive and helpful.

Best rental house, ever. The house was clean and inviting. The rooms were perfect size. The kids loved the bunk room and the children's books were such a nice touch. The master bathtub was perfect for a soak after a day of hiking and adventure. The sunroom was a morning favorite. We even saw a bear from the windows one early morning. The entire property blew us away! We spent lots of time lounging in the seating by the water and sitting on the upstairs deck observing a GIANT herd of elk for hours. Can't wait to return some day!

If you are looking for a beautiful place to stay, look no further. This house is so beautiful and they have an amazing entertainment area. Checking in was a breeze. The owners were so on top of things, they sent so much information about house and Estes and Rocky MTN park that we didn’t have any questions. It was great. We had a family emergency and they were so wonderful about helping us out. 10 out 10 would recommend. We will stay here again.

5 Stars – Perfect for Three Generations!Our family vacation in Estes Park was absolutely unforgettable, and this home played a big part in that. It was the perfect spot for our multi-generational group — grandparents, adult children, and grandkids. The house was spacious, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.We especially loved the peaceful sound of the river right outside and were amazed by the wildlife — a herd of elk wandered right through the yard, and one evening we even spotted a bear ambling by in the distance as we relaxed around the outdoor seating area and gas fire pit.Mornings were a treat with a scenic stroll along the river to Coffee on the Rocks, and we couldn’t have asked for a better location — close to both Rocky Mountain National Park and downtown Estes Park. The beds were super comfortable, and the home was stocked with all the essentials.We made wonderful memories here with our family. Highly recommend this gem for anyone looking for a peaceful, nature-filled getaway in the mountains!

This is a perfect place for families that want to feel that they are in the mountains by a mountain river but can be to town in 2 minutes. This house is beautiful and clean. We had family ranging from 52 years old to 1 year old and it accommodated each of us wonderfully. We saw deer and elk in the yard. The upstairs bedroom with the private porch is perfect for reading a book or just listening to the river. We will definitely be back!

Setting the standard

This house has set the standard on rental houses for our family. We won’t be able to stay anywhere without comparing it to this home. Outside it has a premium location, beautiful views, and a fantastic picnic area by the river. Inside the house, attention is given to every detail. Each room was clean and prepared with ample supplies to make our stay enjoyable. The only hesitation in my recommendation is that now it will be more difficult to find an open week to reserve our next stay.

Estes Park River Home

Large back yard for kids to run around. Spacious home with lots of windows to see the wildlife and river. We stayed for our Son’s wedding and family members that came to visit loved everything the property had to offer. Would love to stay there again in the future. Seeing the Elk so close up is something we will always remember, absolutely breathtaking.

Girls trip

450 something women were originally coming to see a show at the amphitheater, but got canceled. Ended up finding a wonderful alternative to a disappointing cancellation. This house was better than the photos and close to absolutely everything. The proximity to everything gave us more time to do the things we all wanted to get done. It could not have been better. Haven for Wildlife

We fell in love with Estes Park when we stayed in this beautiful home in 2017. That began a new chapter in our lives when our family decided to move to Colorado. This is a wonderful home with a beautiful yard that we were fortunate enough to rent again this past week. It was as beautiful as we remembered. We enjoyed relaxing by the river and seeing all the wildlife that visited the yard throughout our stay. The home is in a great location being close to downtown riverwalk with many restaurants and shops and just minutes from RMNP with beautiful lakes and trails. The home is so comfortable and well equipped with all the comforts of home. Thank you for being such wonderful hosts!

River Vacation Home

We really enjoyed our stay. Home is nicely furnished and includes a great seating area near the Big Thompson River. This area was very peaceful and relaxing. We also enjoyed the visits by the elk during our stay.

Great Stay

As advertised. Managment was easy to communicate with and overall service was exceptional. House was very clean with just about everything needed provided. Only slight negative was that there was only 2 bathrooms with one was located in the master - wish it included another 1/2 bathroom. Would highly recommend & would stay here again.

Beautiful Home!

We loved our stay here! The house is delightful with large windows for viewing wildlife, an upstairs balcony for when the herd of elk is in the backyard :), a well-stocked kitchen, comfy beds, and comfy chairs for relaxing with a book. The sounds of the river are delightful, and it is shallow enough to wade in / rock jump. Our kids had a blast. It is very close to the RMNP entrance, and we enjoyed all our hikes in the park. Downtown Estes is only a few minutes away. I'd highly recommend staying here. I can't say enough great things about the owner - she gave us great information, communicated quickly and regularly, and made us feel comfortable and at home.

"Perfect"

Peaceful and relaxing time

The house was in the perfect location for getting to the park and into town. Everything in the house was exactly as described- and perfectly clean. The owners communicated promptly and kept us updated with the wild fires west of the city. The sound of the water was so peaceful and relaxing. We had elk (30-50 of them) visit the yard every day we were there- they took over the yard for a few hours and were fascinating to watch. We walked down the river to Coffee on the Rocks a few times and rested by the river after long days in the park. The stars were so bright and numerous in the dark sky- making for a perfect ending to the day. We will definitely stay here again.

Great Getaway

This house is fantastic. Our family's week long visit was great. We enjoyed the location right on the river. It's also close proximity to Rocky Mountain National Park and shops/activities/restaurants in town.
