The primary suite, kitchen, dining area, living room, and private deck are all located on the main level, making the home especially comfortable for couples or guests who prefer to avoid stairs. Upstairs, you'll find a spacious second bedroom, a full bath, and an open loft featuring a second TV, dedicated workspace, and a sleeper sofa, creating a separate space for kids, friends, or additional guests.

The open-concept great room welcomes you with soaring cathedral ceilings, a stunning river rock fireplace, and floor-to-ceiling windows that showcase breathtaking mountain and golf course views. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, upgraded appliances, beautiful hickory cabinetry, and everything you need to prepare meals after a day of exploring Estes Park.
