We had everything we needed for a great stay. Hot tub was an added touch for a nice soak after a long day of hiking in RMNP. Great views of Longs Peak.

Beautiful home that was clean and comfortable. Great location because it was close to shopping and the park. Kitchen was well stocked if you wanted to cook. Hot tub was a bonus! Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home and great views

We loved the home! Beautiful furniture and well decorated. We had tons of room for our family of 6. It was so nice playing board games in the kitchen and watching movies together in the living room. The views from the hot tub and deck were great! We saw elk and elk babies walk through our yard. The house is in a great location close to town and the park entrance.

Excellent second stay!

This was my second stay at this rental property, and I would absolutely return. My only other comment would be the state of the hot tub (which was a selling point for our travel group) - the cover appeared to be moldy/mildewy and the water level was very low so we were not comfortable using it. Other than that, it’s a lovely rental property! Thank you for having us!

Christmas vacation

House was amazing. Exactly like the pictures posted. Has a small game room down stairs I didn’t see when we booked. My family really enjoyed the game room. Would definitely recommend. It was in a quiet neighborhood with no houses behind you. Close to RMNP entrance. There is a small grocery store close by where you don’t have to go back into town completely. Absolutely loved this place

Beauty in the Mountains

The property was beautiful and very comfortable. It was stocked with all kitchen, bath and other needs. We were very close to all things we wanted to do. The views were amazing and we would definitely stay here again.

Clean comfort with a view

We loved our stay at the Alpine Sunflower! Everything was clean and the view of the mountains was great from the windows, deck, and hot tub. The only thing I would recommend is a new grill with grill brush. The location was perfect for going to RMNP as well as downtown. We would stay here again!

Amazing views

This is our second stay here and we have loved it both times. It is the perfect house for a family. So much to do! The boys love the pool table and my husband and I love the hot tub. The views of the Rockies are unbeatable. We got a huge snow storm when we were there and the host was so accommodating. You will want something with 4 wheel drive if you are staying during snowy months! Be careful for the Elk! We saw a family of 3 hanging out and walking down the path before climbing up the snowy hill, it was so beautiful to see. The best part is it is away from the busy part of Estes, but close enough to drive in to spend a day. We love the location! There is a small grocery store and liquor store 5 minutes away. And check out Smokin Daves BBQ been there 3 times and it is always delicious! We will most definitely be back soon!!

Awesome place!

We were so impressed with this property! It had an amazing bonus game room that we all enjoyed. Perfect size for our group and there were always wildlife around. Would definitely stay again!

Fantastic location

Family of 4 had a great stay. The home is very welcoming and comfortable. The location to the park was great and lots of dining options close. Very quiet property. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again when we return.

Amazing views!

This house was perfect for our mountain getaway. Beautiful views of the moutains. So close to town yet you feel secluded. The house is immaculate and very welcoming. We are planning to be back!

Bad property management

The property management team was extremely rude. They cussed out a bunch of women on their wedding day and had zero remorse and were some of the most unprofessional individuals I’ve met. The property also had unspecified cameras on the outside of the house even thought VRBO policy has all cameras have to be identified in the posting.

PERFECT Weekend Getaway!

As an East Coaster, I try to visit Estes Park once a year. This rental was absolutely perfect for myself and my two friends. We stayed two nights, and couldn't have been more comfortable during our short stay. The house was immaculately clean (perfect for this neat freak!) and the small details did not go unnoticed (a welcoming bottle of wine, snacks, quality appliances and dishware). I spoke with Glenn on the phone and he was delightful. Melody was also very sweet. As a young-at-heart adult, the board games and air hockey table were an awesome bonus! The proximity to RMNP can't be beat, and the views from the hot tub are dreamy. I'll absolutely consider this rental property again for my next visit, I'd give more than 5 stars if I could!

Great location!

The house is very nice and everything was as described. Most importantly it was clean. Enjoyed the hot tub with a mountain view. Mule deer were out in the yard a few times. We had a wonderful time Estes Park as always!

Stayed For Christmas

House is amazing fit my family perfectly. Only downside, there are 3 doors. Gameroom, pantry and master closet, that require a key if locked. No one knows where that key is. So if one of those doors are locked your on the hook for the locksmith. And the property manager refused to pay for the locksmith. My 2 year old locked himself in there. Luckily we talked him through unlocking the door, and it worked. Seems like a safety issue.
