    This charming and newly updated cabin on the Big Thompson River is your dream vacation getaway. Located just two blocks from downtown Estes Park, this cabin allows you the peaceful ambiance and convenient location you've been seeking.

    Listen to the sounds of the river from your deck while relaxing in the hot tub, over dinner in the dining room and from the riverfront bedroom. Enjoy a gas fire pit in the side yard. Stroll the short two blocks to downtown Estes Park. Enjoy the beauty of the Rocky Mountains. There are many activities available in Estes Park such as horseback riding, miniature golf, bumper boats, pontoon boat rentals, bicycle rentals and much more. Enjoy the local brewpubs, restaurants and winery.

    The kitchen and bathroom have been recently updated. The two comfortable bedrooms provide a peaceful setting as you are lulled to sleep by the sound of the river. The cozy living room provides just the right amount of space to put your feet up and relax after a day of busy outdoor activities in the mountains.

    The riverfront deck, featuring a hot tub, is the perfect setting to enjoy time with family and friends.

Property was amazing! Our family loved being able to walk a couple blocks to downtown Estes Park and mini golf while also enjoying the river and hot tub every day! We even caught quite a few trout right from the house.

It's so nice to hear the river flow by. The house is very nice and cozy. The hot tub is great. Perfect for a mountain escape.

Great Cabin Stay

Had a great stay at this cabin. Was a perfect location walking distance to downtown and had all the amenities we were looking for! The cabin was perfect for a visit to include information about the town and things to do. Really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.

Cozy Cabin

Our family enjoyed our stay here. The cabin was so cute and very clean. You can't beat the location and the hosts were very responsive and kind. We would definitely recommend to stay here.

Everything was great! The only issues we ran into were that the hot tub controls barealt worked (turning on jets and whatnot) and the shower didnt drain well. Other than that it was all great!

Awesome location. Everything you need is either in walking distance or w/in a 5 minute drive. Loved the firepit, hot tub and sound of the river right off the back porch.

The place was in a great location we got to see elk across the river at the park and across the street. Easy access to the park, can walk downtown. The place has enough room for four adults. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking.

Location!

We had a great stay at the cabin. We loved the easy walk to downtown and east drive to the RMNP. We ate all our meals on the deck and loved the warm feelings of the Woodstock.

Christmas Vacation

This was such a cute little cabin, perfect for a long weekend get away with the family. Room to play games, watch TV, enjoy the hot tub and just take time to relax and recoup.
