Esta casa de 5 dormitorios se encuentra en un acre de tierra. La gran sala grande tiene muchos asientos y una mesa de juego para juegos de mesa y rompecabezas. La mesa de comedor de gran tamaño tiene capacidad para 10 fácilmente. La cocina está completamente equipada con ollas, sartenes, piezas para servir, platos y un estante de especias completo. Hay 2 baños completos (sin bañeras) y un garaje para 2 autos. Hay dos cubiertas, una fuera de la gran sala con mecedoras, perfectas para el café de la mañana y la observación de vida silvestre. La gran terraza de la cocina tiene una parrilla y una mesa de patio con muchas tumbonas para comer al aire libre. El armario de ropa blanca está provisto de toallas y manteles adicionales. El cuarto de lavado se encuentra en el sótano, junto con dos habitaciones recientemente remodeladas, una pequeña sala de estar y un baño nuevo. WIFI y TV por cable están disponibles. La formación rocosa en la parte delantera de la casa es un excelente lugar para escalar tanto para niños como para adultos y también es el escenario perfecto para fotos familiares. Awesome home conveniently located to Rocky Mountain National Park. We came to see wildlife and were not disappointed. Elk, deer, sheep and a black bear cub. Awesome stay.

We had a wonderful time staying here, the house is well stocked with anything and everything you could need for the kitchen, bathroom, laundry, and even entertainment. We enjoyed some puzzles and card games and thought the inclusion of a variety of adult and children’s books were great! The location is great because it’s just a few minutes from the heart of town but tucked in a quiet area. The photos do not do this house justice, it’s such a beautiful and cozy place to stay! Check in and check out instructions were clear and easy and I’m sure we would have been able to contact the host at any moment, but we had no need, everything went great!

Another excellent stay

We had the best time staying at Pat's place for the second time. This place is roomy, comfortable, cozy. It has all the amenities you could ask for. I love the "mountain" decor. It feels like home -- but in the mountains. This is our favorite place to stay in Estes. Pat is a dream to work with too. The value for the price is incredible. We hope to stay again within the year!

Wonderful

2 families staying in Estes to do hiking in Rocky Mountain National Park. It was a great location to the park & close to town. Wonderful just chilling on the decks,watching wildlife & the views, lounging in the living room, cooking in the kitchen and enjoying meals at the large table with all of us. We even took advantage of the many games & puzzles that were provided. Highly recommend this home for families, its very spacious & kid friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

It was a nice stay!

This property is really nice. Very clean, organized, and full of supplies that a family may possibly need during a trip to the mountains. Communication with the owner is also very smooth and helpful. Pat was a very nice lady she really puts the guest as the top priority. We had some issues on the lock ( it was a problem on our side), she was trying her best to find someone to help us, and in the meanwhile, she gave us some idea on what to do while we were waiting for the person to come. This is a place we definitely will stay again if we are back to Estes Park.

Our new favorite rental in Estes Park!

We've been to Estes four times in the last 12 years, and we've stayed at some incredible places, but this is our new favorite! It's close to the National Park and everything in town, yet it's in a less-busy, more-serene location. So quiet, peaceful. Lots of wildlife. A great deck to sit outside and enjoy. So much space for a large family. So clean and well-stocked. Great amenities for kids and babies. Fiber internet! It checks all the boxes. We definitely hope to rent again next year!

Great family getaway

The collection of board games and chess table were unexpected and fun. We attempted a 2000 piece puzzle after completing a 500 piece pharaoh puzzle and had to give up. Maybe next time we will try it again. The house is large, spacious, and well decorated. It was a great place to stay!

Great House in a Great Location

The house was perfect for our party of 6. Location was perfect for us. A quick drive to RMNP and downtown Estes Park. The house had everything we needed for our stay. Mountain view and plenty of wildlife in the area. Would highly recommend this house for your family's vacation.

Perfect Stay!

Beautiful property and very clean. It was perfect for 2 families with children. Pat and the property manager, Kristina, were so kind and gracious. A very unexpected 1st snow of the season happened the weekend we were there and Kristina was there within an hour after I called to ensure the drive was clear for us to get out safely. Pat called, as well, to check in and make sure that we were safe and had everything we needed. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
