Very helpful, I had the wrong arrival date, and they were very accommodating. Answered all questions I had in a timely manner. Condo was very clean and cute. Bed was very comfortable. Estes Park is a 5–10-minute drive. Great place. Would recommend.

Let me start by saying we struggled finding the location and what you see listed is not at all what you get…we could literally stand side by side with our arms out and touch the walls.. the “owner” who denied being the owner until I complained about NO HEAT NOR A WORKING FIRE PLACE BECAME VERY DISRESPECTFUL as if she was offended I wanted some heat and it was like 45 degrees outside… mind u I have nerve damage and my body was on fire. They did fix it the next day smh There was hair all in the bed, and the shower literally has what looks like black mold all in the grout. Beds are so uncomfy.. the couch is comfier.. pillows are a 1/10. The noise was horrible u could literally hear people yelling and music was way loud. The view is decent. Super pretty sun rise though… the town it’s self was greattt..

Loved this cute little condo! Great views and property had everything we needed! Close to the pool, however we were too busy to use it. There are a few steps going to condo, so if you dont do steps well they have other properties.

We absolutely loved staying here. Close to RMNP and we spent 2 days there. Great eating establishments in Estes. Condo was clean and comfortable, home away from home and we would use again anytime we can. The view from the patio was so peaceful. Thank you for a great experience!Lori Jones

Great place...quiet escape just outside Estes

We enjoyed our stay. Located in a quiet neighborhood just outside Estes. Property matched description and images well. It was very clean, comfy bed, and adequate kitchen. Our only complaint is its a lower level unit so we heard the people up stairs moving around a lot.

Little Matterhorn

We enjoyed our stay at Little Matterhorn. It is perfect for 2 people. We saw a huge herd of elk right in the field across from the cabin. We enjoyed our time in Rocky Mountain National Park.

Everything great but..

Everything was great but you can hear whoever is staying above you walking around. We literally thought a herd of buffalo were staying above us. Great location, clean, elk were in the pasture across the street.

Last minute trip

Nice property and nice neighborhood, small but comfortable. Only negative was a group of people talking loudly after 10:00 pm, they were somewhere around us, more likely on a deck, and that is why we could hear them

Estes Park vacation

The condo was overall a great place to stay. The A/C does not work without blowing several fuses in the condo, so even though it was much warmer than normal, we could not use the A/C and it left the condo hot and stuffy. The condo is very small. It is not a pull out couch, it is a futon that folds down so it doesn't really fit two people unless they are small children. We loved the views from the condo and the location was wonderful. It was super close to the RMNP. The pool and hot tub need a make over, but it is my understanding this is owned by the HOA and not the rental company. The rental company was very responsive and as we had a couple of minor things pop up (the A/C blowing fuses and causing us to lose power in the condo), they did take care of them. Just be aware that you will not have the use of A/C and it would be tough to sleep 4 people in the unit.

Great Get-Away

We greatly enjoyed our stay during our weekend get-away. The home was clean and well-stocked. The view from the porch was wonderful and the entire complex was very quiet. Perfect place for a long, relaxing weekend!

So close to RMNP!

Location was prefect; Estes Park is lovely; neighborhood is beautiful. The listing said A/C and washer/dryer. A/C unit was on the floor of a closet and laundry is not in unit. But it cooled down beautifully at night and the ceiling fans did the trick!

Overall the property was nice

The property was nice and had what we needed. The biggest issue that we had was there was construction going on for the unit next to us 90% of our stay and we had no notice from the property manager that this was going to be happening.

Hiking at RMNP

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Little Matterhorn 17A. The place was so clean. The view from the front patio was stunning! The place was only 5 minutes from the Rocky Mountain National park where we were hiking. I highly recommend this place!

Small condo, close to RMNP

This small condo is only 7-8 minutes away from RMNP which made it convenient to go hiking early in the morning. Four of us stayed. There’s a small kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and 1 bedroom. The couch is a futon. And there’s a memory foam mattress in the closet which we used. There is a small kitchen table and chairs. The living room area is pretty small so we couldn’t all sit together easily in the evening and talk. But we weren’t there much so that’s not a big deal. Several outlets didn’t work. They supply starter bath soaps, shampoos, and dish soap. Plus, there was a hairdryer which I didn’t know about so I brought mine. But you don’t need to bring one. Due to its proximity to the beautiful mountains, cleanliness, and homey atmosphere, I’d recommend staying here.
