You'll love waking up with your first cup of coffee while kicking back in the rocking chair on the expanded back patio. Stretch out on the luxurious sofa to watch a favorite movie or show on the large flatscreen TV or enjoy a round of shuffleboard or a board or retro arcade game with the kids. Even the family dog can come along for the fun! Let the little ones help to prepare a delicious family meal in the full kitchen - you'll find everything you need to turn out something wonderful, from the stainless steel appliances to the gorgeous cookware. With seating for eight, the dining table has plenty of room for your next dinner party. This home is also near all kinds of terrific outdoor activities, so everyone will have plenty to do while you're here, no matter what time of year you visit!

This was our 2nd stay in this home. Location is wonderful. Easy access to downtown, Rocky Mountain National Park and great restaurants. Highly recommend!

We had a great time staying over the Thanksgiving holiday. The townhome is right near the trail around Lake Estes and is an easy 1 mile walk to town and several coffee shops. The home itself is well equipped and pet friendly. It was snowing while we were there and the townhome allows parking in its two-car garage. We hope to visit again next year.

Amazing Winter Getaway

My Wife and I and her parents all loved being able to enjoy such a close place to down town Estes Park and RMNP. Very well stocked home and very fun. We can't wait to plan another trip here!

What a gem!

What a great place to stay. Very comfortable and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. In a quiet neighborhood but close to town and it was walking distance to Lake Estes. As a former vacation rental owner, I appreciate other very nice rentals. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely townhouse

Our family enjoyed our stay at Running Bear. The place was clean, tastefully decorated, with nice touches like board games, and books. Conveniently located near Estes Park and the RMNP entrance.

Property has two really nice, large bedrooms with big bathrooms each. Very nice outdoor patio where we made s'mores. Large garage, rustic decor. We had our own elk parade several times.

Fourth Time!

We just returned from our fourth trip to Running Bear in the Rockies and have already booked it again for the fall. The condo is very clean, fully stocked, and a great location minutes from the lake. Being dog friendly is also a huge bonus. We highly recommend this to people looking to visit Estes Park.

Wonderful townhouse

This place was very nicely decorated , it was very clean and everything one needed was provided. The specialty coffee in the Breville Nespresso was a really nice touch. We loved our stay in Estes Park and at this property, thank you .
