Where to begin after such an incredible stay? Our host, Leah, was the most timely, kind, and professional host I’ve ever experienced at any property. Communication was fast, and she was incredibly accommodating.The property itself is spectacular. The views were beyond beautiful, and the house was spacious, spotless, and absolutely gorgeous. It was perfectly located—close to town and RMNP—yet still felt very private. We enjoyed abundant wildlife along with incredible sunrises and sunsets. What’s not to love?We had a spectacular family Christmas here and highly recommend this property.

Wonderful staywith spectacular views all around. You can tell the owner‘s truly took great pride and providing all the comforts and conveniences.. they were immediately responsive when we needed to check on an issue with the heater..We would definitely stay here again!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this amazing rental house, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. From the moment we walked in, it felt like home. The house is beautifully designed—bright, spacious, and with every little detail thoughtfully considered. The layout was perfect for our group, with plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy.The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to cook meals and enjoy family dinners. We especially loved the large dining area, which was perfect for gathering around after a day of exploring. The living room was comfy, and we had a blast playing pool downstairs.The outdoor space was a highlight, with a lovely wrap around patio that was ideal for enjoying the mountain views. The patio was perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails.Location-wise, it was great! The house was tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, yet close enough to all the shops, restaurants, and attractions we wanted to explore. We had easy access to everything we needed, and the area felt peaceful and safe.Lastly, the hosts were incredibly thoughtful. Fantastic visit! Everything was very well arranged and just as pictured in the photos. The house was immaculate and very well located. There was room for all 7 of us, easy peasy. We enjoyed easy access to downtown Estes as well as RMNP. We were sad to leave and hope to go back some day!

The entire family enjoyed our stay. My parents liked that there were no stairs that they had to navigate and there were grab bars in the bathrooms, as they have mobility issues. Everyone loved the decks and the views. The proximity to Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park was ideal for me. The house was well equipped with all the non-refrigerated items needed for cooking, and many of the things needed for spending time in the park. Access was easy and the place was quiet.

Magnificent View & Wonderful Stay

This is an Amazing Property with spectacular views. We had a great time and even enjoyed the game room. It was the perfect place to celebrate my husband’s 80th birthday with the family. The home has a very well stocked kitchen, which is great if you want to cook. Everyone enjoyed the property and the close proximity to town. Great choice of a location to stay.

Fantastic space and views

Loved this property. We’ve stayed in a lot of properties - this one was the most fully stocked with everything you need. Extra towels, kitchen utensils, pot and pans, coffee. Clean. Amazing views overlooking Estes Park. We got to use the detached garage to keep the car overnight, which was appreciated when it snowed overnight. Leah was in contact with us with clear instructions, etc. Thank you for a great stay.

This was our favorite vrbo home! Great location, gorgeous views, lots of space. We had an issue with heat in one bedroom and service providers arrived very quickly and solved the problem. We didn’t want to leave and hope to return.

Even Better than expected

Bearadise is a fantastic home with lots of room inside and out. There is a newly remolded bedroom and an accessible bathroom that aren’t in the photos so everyone had their own full bathroom. We would stay here again in a heartbeat . The kitchen has everything you need and we cooked most days there. The beds were comfortable and there were games and dvds for the family to enjoy . We loved it! Thanks so much for a great autum visit!

Great place to stay!

We had a few college friend couples stay here this weekend and had a blast! Loved the pool downstairs, huge living area with a great view (especially for watching football), and a great kitchen for making meals for a group. Hoping to come back!

Rocky Mountain National Park Visit

Our stay at Bearadise was awesome! The view from the deck of Estes Park and the surrounding mountains is incredible. And we enjoyed grilling and cooking several meals in the well-stocked kitchen. The attention to detail on the decorations throughout adds an element of fun to every room.

Great Place-Great Location

We were in CO to visit family while enjoying beautiful CO. There were 6 of us, and there was plenty of space and then some. Multiple porches with great mountain views. Within walking distance of the main shopping area in Estes Park. We had a great time, thanks
